Negative experience: The gym is nice. Don’t bother leaving a voicemail as they won’t listen to it. Like all gyms cancelling is a nightmare. They confirm your cancellation, but then continue to take money from your account after the agreed cancellation period and then they say it’s the “direct debit” company you need to talk to. Extremely rude customer “non-service” woman.
Fantastic experience: I've moved away and unfortunately no matter how I try and plan, I don't think I'll be making it back regularly like I used to. I think about this gym regularly. It was the most comfortable gym I've ever been in. Its equipment was fantastic with options for apps, it had plenty of parking, 24/7 access with a great layout. Where I've moved and in between work, NOWHERE offers such an amazing deal of 9.95 a month with a 12 month join. Nowhere. Everywhere is easily 300+ a year which I simply can't justify for what would be limited timed workouts anyway due to being so busy with work and kids. This place was amazing and I miss it immensely. Absolute no brainer if I ever move closer again.

Negative experience: I was a happy regular of this gym with my partner for a year. We hasd both signed up for a yearly membership and we're quite happy with the facilities and friendly staff. Fast forward a year later and it has been nothing but trouble. I renewed my yearly membership and was informed via email that my first payment was unsuccessful and I would be charged arrears. I latee received another email about my 2nd payment stating that the bank details I had signed up with were incorrect and I would again be charged arrears. When I checked my contract the bank details were 100% correct and I rang the gym to find answers. The Lady (manager) I spoke to from the gym ultimately denied any responsibility and provided no assistance at all. I requested multiple times for some sort of grace from the gym as I had been a member for 12 months previously with no issues. She declined and told me the only way I can get the situation amended was to contact debit success. The new manager here needs lessons in customer service, she hung up on me mid sentence after telling me "I had my back up at her" and that I best pay the arrears and to "get over it". After ringing debitsuccess they provided some clarity to the situation. They told me that the gym ultimately decided whether the arrears were charged and helped me put a stop on the weekly debit until the gym and its manager treat my situation with a higher standard of Customer service and understanding. Ultimately I would much prefer to continue using this gym and carry on with my membership and its payments. But the gym and its manager will need to provide me with a more adequate and fair outcome to my situation. My $9.95 per week membership has now amounted to over $100 in just 3 weeks which is just unacceptable considering the circumstances.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym, pretty certain if Westcare don’t have the equipment it because it’s not needed for your fitness goals. Plenty of room too which makes all the difference from pokey boutique gyms popping up recently. A good friend of mine “Sinky” has made amazing gains there in a short time with staffs assistance. Including finally giving up smoking and losing his massive Gut and Chin

Space: not crowded, plenty of space to move and train. There's even a separate room for group classes. 5/5! Staff: very welcoming, helpful and friendly. 5/5! Integrity: Honest and fair gym. Referred friends get to receive the same membership rate as existing members. 5/5! Cost: Gym membership cost is VERY reasonable for what this gym has to offer. 5/5. I've been to many gyms and this is by far my favourite!!

Negative experience: Will not put your account on hold if you’re behind on a payment , didn’t give reasoning just got a straight “no sorry, we can’t” ! read your contract.Debit success is a money hungry company , they will eat up all your cash. Don’t trust

Positive experience: Good center, staff friendly, training staff don't bother to strike up conversations with existing members to see how their progressing. Almost to the membership level where there's a bit of a wait to use some equipment. If any busier, find another gym. Been a foundation member.

Positive experience: Pros: Great Machines, good price, no Streroid junkies, not too busy and most of the time a trainer is there, also friendly atmoshpere Cons: can be a bit small at times, would be nice if they had a swipe key for your key ring, only one rack (always taken) and too few benches which are mostly taken too when you need them
Fantastic experience: It is a excellent gym, will plenty of equipment to suit all users. Clean and tidy and provide clean toilets and shower and lockers. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and only to happy to help. There are dedicated training classes during the day to suit all ages.

Negative experience: I have been a member for a year now and have been an advocate for this gym. Due to the gym closure through covid I had lost my drive to start up again. I was offered a free PT session which I jumped at I arrived on time for the PT session but Michael didn't turn up. I waited for 15. I was disappointed and sent a message to the gym phone. Michael said he was there but I advised him that I was there and he definitely wasn't then he went on to say that he would expect anybody receiving a free PT session to be 5 mins early. It was so obvious that he was a no show and trying to cover it up by shifting blame. This is not a free PT session, it was a PT session for a financial member which I was entitled as part of my membership. I will no longer be a member due to this behaviour plenty more gyms with great deals. Best way to attract clients is to look after the ones you already have. No longer an advocate. My hard earnt cash is better spent else where.

Negative experience: Staff are lovely and the equipment is great - though the direct debt system needs improvement. I didn't get 4 weeks free like I signed up for; I was paying full price and them some each month....my friends and I were over charged almost every fortnight with out explanation/refunding or a bounce over for the next months payment. I also had to pay my way out of a non lock in contact...wasn't impressed at all.
Fantastic experience: Reasonably priced gym for what it is. All equipment is brand new and staff are friendly. Doesn't get too busy yet. Majority of exercise machines can be synced through an app so you can track your progress. Only disappointing thing is there is only one power rack. Fully air conditioned and amenities are well up kept
