Fantastic experience: Central Coast Hapkido is lucky enough to have a Master as their instructor. Master Rees is an exceptional martial artist both in both sparring and the technical side of hapkido. Master Rees is a great teacher and offers many classes. My 2 daughters and myself train at Central Coast Hapkido, I highly recommend giving it a go

ADULTS- you will TOO,train with your kids I have been training here for several years now my health fitness and general wellbeing improves every time i train. Master rees is incredibly gifted from his many decades of training in martial arts, and he passionately passes on his knowledge to each and every student from beginners to black belts. Whatever your age from 5 to 75 hapkido is the best all round art to learn and Central Coast Hapkido is welcoming and friendly we are all like family with utmost respect for each other. GO ON!! Positive experience: My 3 children have been attending Ron's Hapkido classes over the years. I dont entrust my children over to just anyone or expose them to just any environment. I find Ron to be genuinely sensitive to the children's experiencing, he creates an emotionally safe environment where Marital Arts skills of focus and precision can be absorbed. Ive participated in the adults classes myself and experienced them to be a happy and welcoming bunch.

Fantastic experience: I have been training here consistently for nearly 3 years, and it’s the best decision I could have made. There is something for everyone. Kicking, joint locking, striking, throwing, break falling, weapons, patterns and so much more. Hapkido is a complete art of self defence that incorporates offensive training as well. As a small woman, learning how to use an opponents energy and/or weight against themselves has been an incredibly empowering experience. I am surrounded by great, friendly fellow students, and blessed to learn under Master Rees with his vast knowledge, kind nature and quick wit. Definitely worth checking out.
