Fantastic experience: The Strength Studio is the perfect space to train, offering the flexibility of 24 hour access and a range of equipment for any of your needs. Equipment is in very good condition, with new additions being welcomed to the gym on a regular basis - making training exciting! Scott is always available for a chat or a demonstration whenever you are unsure about a movement. He is always encouraging members of the gym to be the best version of themselves. Would highly recommend this gym!

Strength is a private gym and at times you will have the place to yourself. All the equipment and machines you need to get the best pump. Love this place 10/10
