Fantastic experience: Thanks to the rock solid gym owners to allow me training in a clean and comfortable environment, I did prepared myself for a competition in ifbb and because I’m not young I need more time to prepare myself, I’m 49 and since I’ve been training here I felt like been in a better environment from I used to train before, without having arguments with others members playing with they’re phones or using their tripod to make stupid videos as non sense (my opinion)now recovering from a spine surgery I did found more comfortable training on panatta equipment (world leading gym machines hand made in Italy)allowing me to have same range of motion without having any pain, many many thanks again for your kindness and support in particular to Magdalene and Geoff to be supportive and helpful Eugenio

Fantastic experience: Been going to Rock Solid 24/7 Gym for a while now, and I can honestly say that I absolutely love it here! The gym is well equipped with a diverse range of top of the line equipment that meets all my needs and requirements. The gym is clean and I really like the culture here of keeping the place tidy. Also a big fan of the wide range of classes offered here, where the trainers will help push you to the next level. What stands out here is the family vibe that it has, everyone knows each other and it’s a great community here encouraging and supporting each other. Makes it a lot easier to be motivated to come to the gym. The staff here are also very friendly, taking time to answer my questions on training on multiple occasions. For someone who is relatively new to gymming this is really helpful. Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: Go to most of the local gyms.. hands down Rock Solid is the best gym in the area, the gym equipment is top level.. plenty of space, not crammed in, very clean, the music is not my thing but all gyms are the same, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The only place I want to train at since it opened 7 years ago ! Well planned out area with all the best equipment, not to mention a basketball court and a sauna ! Always getting new equipment also . Gym is always kept very clean and staff always very welcoming .

Negative experience: Sadly I have had a very negative experience with this gym due to their excessively binding and unreasonable contracts and their processes. I suspect that is it highly likely they pay a fortune to have negative reviews removed as I'm certainly not the only one to have had a negative experience with this gym.

Our termination process is very straightforward, but does require members to complete the minimum term of the contract they have signed onto and settle any outstanding dues. In your case, we made several efforts to assist you, including pausing your membership fees to allow you to catch up on your payments and complete your contract. Unfortunately, the remaining membership fee required from you was never paid, leading to additional bank dishonor fees, and debt collection. We have also noticed multiple reviews from accounts linked to you, including individuals who have not attended our gym. We take all feedback seriously and address it openly, but can only address genuine experiences with our business. Fake reviews are not fair to our business or our community. Fantastic experience: Rock solid is a well established gym with such a friendly and content community the classes held there are so fun ! And there is such a wide variety of equipment and things to do at the gym like the basketball court and sauna which is a personal fav , not only that but it has such a nice environment - definitely would recommend this gym !!

Fantastic experience: I love Rock Solid Gym … it is local, well equipped and spotless. The atmosphere is great and even an oldie like me always feels welcome and never intimidated! I attend group classes with Taylor, Josh and Alessandro who are excellent instructors. They bring expertise, challenge, variety and encouragement to every session. Over the years I have grown to know other regulars and I feel part of a fitness community … a family, which makes the hard work even more enjoyable. Results speak for themselves … I am fitter, faster, stronger and happier than I have been for years.

Fantastic experience: Rock Solid is definitely one of the best, if not THE BEST gyms I've ever trained at! Great equipment, family owned, and always very clean and tidy. A very comfortable space for anyone to achieve their fitness goals...I left because I moved up to the mid north SA, and I really miss training there.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at Rock Solid since it opened and it is by far the best gym I have ever been to!!! From the equipment, classes, cleanliness’s trainers and atmosphere I can not recommend Rock Solid high enough. The crèche is amazing, my kids and I love it. Fantastic experience: I have visited Rock Solid gym as a guest on numerous occasions. The staff and personal trainers are top class. And the equipment is the best I've ever seen, just wish it was closer to where I live.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym and fantastic environment, while I have been to other gyms before, none have had the same sense of community that Rock solid really exemplify. Negative experience: WORST GYM WITH POOR MANAGEMENT I signed up for a NO LOCK IN WEEKLY CONTRACT as i didn’t have a permanent accomodation having moved recently to Adelaide. I had to cancel prior my membership starting as I moved unexpectedly. They still charged me and ARE STILL charging ME. I CANNOT GET TO THE MANAGEMENT. There is only one person at the front counter WHO CANNOT HELP YOU WITH ANY MATTER UNLESS ITS ONLY ABOUT SIGNING UP AND GETTING YOUR MONEY. P.s The sauna wasn’t working when the guy was showing me around the gym and also it lacks space, and doesn't have seperate showers. AND They charge a WHOOPING $40 for A FOB which was never disclosed to me. Please be careful when you sign up to this gym as they enjoy sucking on people's misery.

Our No Lock-in Contract is structured on a month-by-month basis, and all direct debit memberships require a 28-day notice period for cancellation. Additionally, we clearly explain all membership options during the sign-up process, and the information regarding the minimum term and cancellation policy is prominently stated in the very first sentence of our contracts to ensure transparency.If you signed up in person, an Assistant Manager would have provided a tour of the gym before you completed your membership registration. You would have been allowed to ask as many questions as needed, and walked through the premises. Our sauna is operational. If it was in use during your tour, we might not have shown it out of respect for the privacy of our members.We have four separate lockable bathroom and toilet areas, and our facility spans over 1000 square meters, ensuring ample space for all our members.FOBs are complimentary with several membership types. For month-by-month memberships, the FOB fee is $30, not $40 as mentioned.Given the number of inaccuracies in your review, it is possible that you may have mistaken our gym for another establishment. We pride ourselves on our vibrant community and diverse range of membership options tailored to meet everyone's needs. Negative experience: I have to bring my radio in at least twice a week in the morning because they won't give the password to turn the music on to OG PT's, but then when the music is on its normally soft RnB or full gangsta rap, terrible music to work out to. The machines are that close to each other that you will smash your shin or leg while trying to stack or unstack plates from equipment. I don't ever remember there being any power outages causing the radio to not work, it was due to management not giving out passwords to there employees in the mornings. I reckon for about 10-12 weeks I had to bring my radio in. Unfortunately I have now left the gym after almost 2 years, due to the constant failure from management for the past 6 months, the amount of times I had spoke with the PT's about issues concerning the gym and got told they can't do anything, they have brought the issues forward to management and I'm not the only person to speak up. There were also several other incidences that occurred with other members being spoken to quite rudely from upper management.
Hi Zachari. Thanks for your feedback and apologies for any inconvenience with the music going off during the recent state wide power outages. We are aware there were thousands of homes and businesses affected by these, with extended periods of both brown and black outs, and unfortunately we had little control over the situation, but do understand how frustrating this must have been for you. Please be assured our PT’s did pass on your concerns to management, but as they are not present in the gym at the time you normally train, could not discuss this or other issues with you or other members immediately, which we would have certainly preferred to do :-) On this topic, our music lists are put together with a range of different music styles and these are shuffled to suit many tastes, but with so many members, we are not always able to cater for everyone. However, we do understand some members prefer to listen to their own music using headphones. Equipment is spaced with the recommended area around it and we have not been made aware of members having issues with this in the past, but will certainly keep an eye out to space any machines which may have moved from use. In the meantime, if you have any issues with equipment or stacking and unstacking your weights from machines, our friendly staff and PTs are always happy to help :-)

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, been training at gyms for over 10 years now and this is by far the best. Equipment is great, always working and they also have a bunch of unique machines. The atmosphere is always positive and encouraging, the owner Geoff is always welcoming and great to talk to, as well as all the PT's. Highly recommend this gym whether a gym veteran or beginner

Fantastic experience: Not the biggest gym in Adelaide but surely the best! The gym is super super tidy, clean and well equipped and affordable. They also help parents look after their kid while training too!! The staff - all on top of their game: friendly, helpful, and well knowledge ! Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this gym for about a year now and I have never had a single bad experience. The staff and owners are very supportive and friendly. The gym is always well maintained and hygienic. They have a bunch of unique equipment you can’t find in most gyms. Best gym I’ve come across, sign up. You won’t regret it.

Positive experience: Been there on several occasions , to work out, & find a great deal of the machines very complicated to use. A lot of them I have no idea. I am one of these people , who are a bit reluctant to ask someone for help.I am thinking about going to this gym, after my membership runs out where I am at the moment.Fitting in , is one of my biggest problems, as I have Aspergers , & can sometimes feel uncomfortable around people. I have no idea how the staff will respond to me.I work out 6 days a week, as it helps me with things like Anxiety, Stress, & the biggest one, Depression.I do like the lay - out of the gym, & it always seems very clean. Plus it’s not too far from home.
