Fantastic experience: Shape20 is amazing, and so are Goetz, Anne & the team! Who doesn't want a fun & effective 20 minute exercise, that you can fit into a lunch break, and has the benefit of exercising for 90 minutes?! Shape20 has helped me, as a single working mum with a lower back injury, get fit and healthy again!
