Fantastic experience: Love my little local gym and cannot recommend Dean enough for PT sessions. I never knew what I was doing in the larger gym and just felt lost.

Fantastic experience: Create Yourself Madeley is an absolutely fantastic gym that I can’t recommend highly enough. Dean, the owner, does an incredible job running this family-owned business, creating a welcoming, supportive, and down-to-earth environment from the moment you walk through the door. It’s clear that Dean genuinely cares about his members and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable, regardless of their fitness level. The gym itself is extremely well set up, with all the equipment you could possibly need to get fit, strong, and healthy. It’s a friendly and motivating place where people encourage each other, and I’ve personally experienced amazing results since joining — it’s played a big part in helping me lose weight and get my health back on track. I’m so grateful to have found such a great local gym and can’t speak highly enough of Dean and the community he’s created.

Fantastic experience: After spending 20 years working out in a home gym with no mirrors and no other people I was understandable apprehensive to re-enter a public gym, but I shouldn’t have been. Dean and his team have created a welcoming and friendly space full of a wide range of excellent quality equipment, so it is no surprise that the gym is also frequented by a great bunch of friendly gym goers who range in age from young adults thru to retirees all just “having a go” and encouraging each other to do the same. When you join a community like this the results of your workouts are only one of the benefits.

Dean has recently opened his own gym and it reflects his focus and passion on the individual. A family owned business with a warm and welcoming attitude.
