Oz Fitness Coolum

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for the last 6 and half years, and love Oz Fitness. Overlooking the hills west of Coolum and the lake, it has to be one of the most picturesque gym you could find. I can't remember ever being inconvenienced because it is too busy, and the staff and PTs are awesome.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are some of the nicest people ever, they are always happy to help make exercise so much more enjoyable. They have a small space but lots of equipment and classes. It usually isn’t busy at all so a lot of he time you get any of the equipment you want. The hydro pool is also really cool and running on the treadmill with resistance can be a great workout. This place is incredible for all ages and all skill levels definitely recommend oz fitness

Fantastic experience: Classes are fun and active. When it’s not school holidays parking is right at the front door (during school holidays you can get a park but you might have to only walk a further 30m or so). Crèche and Ebony who runs it great. Felt safe leaving my little one here while I worked out.

Fantastic experience: Great little gym. Love going for a swim in the lake after a workout.
