Fantastic experience: By far the most amazing environment to be in. Super supportive of all aspects of life. The coaches work with you to improve not just your fitness but mindset too! They have made a massive difference in my life and helped me to achieve so many things that I never thought I could do !!!

Fantastic experience: Movve is so much more than a gym, it’s a space created for all walks of life to move safely, become stronger and better versions of themselves. I have learnt so much and am doing things I never thought I could do. The trainers are supportive, friendly and approachable and have a real passion to help members reach their goals and succeed in all areas of their lives through carefully thought out blocks of training. Together with the tribe of members, they motivate and give you tools to support and achieve more not only in the gym but outside of the gym too and they listen to their members. It’s even a great place to bring along the kids to have a play through your session in the kids area. The cafe with coffee and smoothies is an added bonus for the end of your session too! I highly recommend!

After having kids and getting a dad bod it has been a great experience getting back into it with the friendly professional team at Movve. The gym creates a community vibe allowing you to feel comfortable and fit in quickly. If you want to improve on your fitness or even just feel like some time away from your kids go to Movve!

Fantastic experience: Movve goes above and beyond what other gyms provide in their services. The programs are high quality and with class sizes kept to a smaller number, the trainers are able to offer better support in regards to training and correct techniques. Totally child friendly, perfect place for mums to train and get the best quality support from not just the trainers but other members. You won’t find a better program on the Sunshine Coast than at Movve
