Fantastic experience: I joined F45 Dalyellup about 5 weeks ago, the instructors are each so incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and motivating. My fitness and strength has improved 10 fold in such a short time. Deeply grateful to have this gym in my neighbourhood

Fantastic experience: Fanbloodytastic, sadly after 35 minutes my body said enough. I did a two hour cycle ride tis morning 20 k , gym day I’ll only do gym. But absolutely loved it. Jamie excellent.
