Fantastic experience: It's a good gym and I liked the reception from the first day

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. Nice and quiet, even at typically busy times. Good range of equipment. Manager is very friendly and keeps the gym super tidy.

Negative experience: I got an offer at the gym for a "one-month membership with two free weeks" since I was staying in Bunbury for just two weeks. My partner and I signed up for the one-month membership on December 28th, which was supposed to end on January 26th. However, we ended up paying for seven weeks instead. The gym didn’t uphold their part of the deal, and we only stopped getting charged because we called them in February. We contacted them for a refund for the extra money we were charged, but we never received it. The manager was nice, but he shouldn't have told us about this "deal" if it wasn’t going to be honored. Had we known, we wouldn’t have signed up for the one-month membership.

Fantastic experience: (changed to a 5 star review because they both fixed the problem, and went the extra mile by having the gym staffed all the next day to let anyone who was still experiencing the problem inside). Original: You gain access into this gym through the zap fitness app. The app had an update recently and because of the update, you can no longer access the gym because the digital access on the app is indefinitely set to disabled. There was a newly placed sign at the entrance saying to reinstall the app if you're having problems, so I reinstalled, and it literally changed nothing. Had to just go home.

Positive experience: Super friendly staff, lower price compared to the competition. It doesn’t have every piece of equipment I need, but still awesome little spot. The location is a little tough for someone on a bike.

Fantastic experience: Good place for workout

Negative experience: I recently called to cancel my membership because I’ve moved out of the area, but their cancellation policy requires you to pay for an additional month just to process it. This feels like an unnecessary and unfair charge, especially since I won’t be using the service. Very disappointed with this approach, just a ripoff before you go, won’t ever use this brand again.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Zap Fitness in Bunbury while on holiday and was thoroughly impressed! The gym is welcoming, clean, well-maintained, and features a great range of modern equipment.

Positive experience: I am a member here, love it as it is not overly busy like other gyms. Good price considering my job allows me to have a discount, however the only downfall is the cleanliness of franchise and equipment, has no effective control of when it gets done regularly and the plumbing always has a problem (hot water).

Fantastic experience: Just had a casual visit travelling from Melbourne, Olivia was absolutely gorgeous and very helpful! The gym is spotless as well as the showers which was great before starting my trip back home, 10/10

Negative experience: Stpd fk gym, they charge me with ridiculous amount of money, where my plan is $15 a week, first I was charged like 35 and third week it was 60 and again this week another 60, I went to the staff last week but she couldn't explain me what was the money for, I'm here today in front of the gym expecting to see the staff but no one here It's not just happened to me, but also to one of my friend Very not recommended for anyone who want to get fitness membership in bunbury, it's totally not worth it!

Positive experience: Great atmosphere, great vibe, not too busy and friendly approachable staff. Unfortunately the guys next door at the mattress place make things extremely uncomfortable by staring at all the girls walking in and out, in such a way that it's beyond creepy something needs to be done about this otherwise I will be changing gyms.

Negative experience: Sent an email to cancel my membership within the 7 day cooling off period and have received no response from the club manager or staff. Have sent multiple emails since. They are still deducting money. Left a message on 1300 number and had no call back. You had no issues sending me an email the day after I joined, so what’s changed between now and then? Did your Microsoft Office subscription expire?

Negative experience: Disgraceful customer service. Be advised if you cancel your membership they will continue to take money out of your account for another 30 days. Does it take 30 days to action a cancellation??

Fantastic experience: Just popped in for a single workout and wow the gym exceeded my expectations. It has a weightlifting platform and boxing area. The manager Gill is an absolute gem. I couldn't reccomend this gym more for anyone looking for a 24/7 gym with great facilities.

Fantastic experience: Awesome little gym Very positive environment and the gym Manager Gill is amazing really enjoy training here and Gill is always available for help or suggestions.Awesome highly recommend if you are looking for a gym less intimidating but as everything you need to start your health journey .

Fantastic experience: I am really enjoying my membership. It is a big enough gym to have everything you need but still not so big you lose the friendly feel. Being 24hrs and without lock in contracts is great. Everyone is super friendly and I feel heard and cared for ♡
