Arundel Gym

Negative experience: Would not recommend. This gym is outdated and crammed, with poor facilities that don’t match what they advertise. They promote cheap rates, but in reality, you end up paying much more with hidden fees in the first charges. My girlfriend recently signed up but was in a horrible accident. She tried to cancel her membership to avoid further charges during this extremely tough time. I’m out of state and unable to go into the gym on her behalf. Their outdated cancellation policy showed zero empathy or care for her situation. Overall, this gym is just another money-grabbing business with no compassion or flexibility. Very disappointing and un-Australian if you ask me.

Positive experience: Facility is great - decent variety and quality of equipment for its size. It's also located conveniently in the heart of Arundel/Parkwood, so you'll see many locals using it. Dave is a great manager. He's very welcoming and supportive to all those who use the facility. Only thing letting the place down is the inconsistent business practices and outdated terms and conditions, which results in difficulty when Cancelling a membership

Negative experience: Very expensive for such a small gym . You don’t feel comfortable staying once a class starts as it’s too cramped

Fantastic experience: Great people, great wheels, have bought 3 different sets of wheels from ozzy tyres,wouldn't go anywhere else

Negative experience: THINK TWICE before enquiring to join this gym. Payment was taken out of my account whilst on a free trial, management advised this would be refunded and cancelled. A week later, multiple emails and calls I have had no response since. Bad business practise.

Fantastic experience: I've been at this gym for 4 weeks and I have no problems with it, the staff are so nice and so is the community.

Fantastic experience: Being someone who has come from a larger gym, Arundel Gym has everything you need with a less busy environment. Staff are friendly, easy parking and accessible 24/7. No cons!

Fantastic experience: friendly staffs we should check their instagram because there are many fun posts on it. I’ve been there for about two months,and I’m happy with the facilities. But I have to say,I need a Hack Squat.

Negative experience: People vaping outside next to doctors' rooms. I did not choose to smell this.

Fantastic experience: Small but super comfortable. Machines are well maintained. Car parks are available at all times. Love this gym.

Fantastic experience: Sent a message to the Facebook page and received an answer and help quickly and efficiently with respect and understanding! My problems were solved with no issues and arundel gym has received a new member! Can’t wait to train with you guys :)))

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. It's compact, but I can complete a workout with the equipment on offer. Lovely, encouraging gym buddies, clean facilities with air-conditioning and fans. Parking is great. Not too busy. No fighting for machines.

Fantastic experience: Loving the changes to the gym. Out with Stepz in with Arundel gym. More classes with more instructors. It's cleaner!! It's nicer. And that horrid orange is gone replaced by a pleasant blue
