Highly trained in their field, with passion and care, making me feel genuinely safe & hopeful of a good outcome. Would highly recommend. The building is also of high quality & clean.

Negative experience: I was explicitly told by two staff members that the appointment was covered under a care plan from my GP when it wasn't. The staff member that took payment told me the full appointment fee of 123 would be reimbursed by medicare when the rebate was only 58.30 leaving a gap of 64.70 which would not have been an issue if I was told at the time of booking or the time of appointment.

Fantastic experience: Truely professional! Excellent service! I had a lower disc bulge injury and with hard work and a couple flare-ups I'm now 6months later back to doing what I love! No more pain! Amazing group of people easy to get along with and very knowledgeable and adaptable , really good at troubleshooting to suit individual Needs! My physiotherapist sorted a program for me to follow for future maintenance and preventative management all is going great! 5 stars all day!

Fantastic experience: Overall positive experience from the moment you enter the establishment. Different feel and focus to traditional gyms - more personal and focused service provided, on every occasion you are present. Knowledgeable,, helpful staff who are always available and willing to provide assistance if required. Cannot find a fault with what is offered - thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to improve their overall health and condition.

Fantastic experience: Amazing team and an amazing facility!

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of niggles and injuries from years of heavy weight training. The team at Kieser Ascot has got me onto a program which is already reducing pain in my elbow and shoulder. The training style is different to what I am accustomed to but I can feel results already after 3 weeks. The equipment allows me to strengthen those “hard to activate” stabilizer muscles without causing pain. The equipment is all brand new too! The team shows you how to use everything and your program is tracked through an easy to use app!
