Fantastic experience: I started Pilates with the introduction classes 6 classes for $60. All the instructors are very helpful and friendly making the session’s enjoyable. The location is great as Nundah has convenient parking along the street. I’m glad I joined!

Fantastic experience: Great experience! I don't live in Brisbane so have only done one class at Nundah when I was there for work. The process was easy to get my introductory information sent to Nundah so I could book. Right away I had a text message saying it had all been approved. The best part was the class though. Hayley was so great. Her corrections really helped and I appreciated it. She was engaging and fun but also pushed me right to where I needed to be. Looking forward to more classes in the future.

They take the time to get to know every member and make you feel part of the community. Fantastic experience: AC is great while you are doing your workout. Staff are helpful with their instructions, inviting and knowledgeable. There is a difference program each day. It's a chain/franchise, so they are all identical, crisp lines, black/white palate, and chandeliers for lighting. It's the warmth of the staff that makes the difference

Fantastic experience: The wonderful instructors at Studio Pilates go above and beyond when it come to making you feel comfortable, supported and motivated !! I'm brand new to reformer pilates, however, these beautiful women never failed to have regular check-ins with me (in and out of class) and correct my form when needed (really helpful as a beginner!). A massive thank you to Kayla, Maria-Nella and Karyn, for having to deal with my sweaty lil bum without ever losing your amazing smiles. Not all heroes wear capes, and these ladies are a perfect example of that!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love my classes at Studio Pilates Nundah. All the instructors are amazing. They're all so friendly and helpful and they take the time to get to know you, ask how you're doing, if you have any injuries etc . They make sure your posture and technique are right making sure you're doing the movements correctly. If you're struggling or have an injury they provide an alternative movement. The classes are so fun and you get a full body workout. I look forward to my classes and I always feel better afterwards

Great instructors - very diligent in correcting false moves and making adjustments for injuries. Great management - conscious of individual needs.

Kayla and all of the instructors are down-to-Earth, approachable and you can tell that they really love what they do. I am now 4 classes in and I can feel the difference already. I found it quite hard to get back into exercise after leaving school but since starting pilates i’ve been way more active and haven’t looked back :) The staff are so great, motivating and supportive of my individual goals. I love how accomodating studio pilates is with beginners as well, i’ve never been uncomfortable asking questions or for help. When I was unable to perform a set due to injury, I was immediately provided a substitute exercise which I was super grateful for. Would definitely recommend Nundah Studio Pilates xx

Fantastic experience: Great Reformer Pilates classes with plenty of times to choose from and attentive instructors. These classes have been excellent for building my core strength back after a couple of babies and to deal with some lower back pain. No pain anymore.

Fantastic experience: First of all, the Staff and the Studio are professional and enjoyable. About me. I joined Pilates on the encouragement, well prodding from the Mrs and much to my surprise my Physio and Doctor were on her side. Being a bloke and thinking, no tights for me! I found myself caught in the challenges of the exercises. Only having attended 7 classes so far, I was shocked to see nearly a 50/50 ratio of men in my last class. I would recommend to all blokes out there to give it a crack, it certainly isn’t as easy as it looks. PS I don’t wear tights to the class. Went to Stuart’s class Sunday morning and was very impressed with his professionalism and good humour Look forward to attending future classes

Fantastic experience: I was sceptical to start Pilates but it has been the best thing I have ever done. The only regret I have is not starting earlier. The trainers are so kind and helpful. I feel so much stronger in only a short period of time and my issues I had with my back are beginning to improve thanks to Pilates. I highly recommend this place.

Every instructor has been welcoming, nonjudgmental and so helpful in improving my technique. I can already feel the improvements in my core strength and posture after a month. It’s surprising how quickly you get used to the reformer! The intro pack is great value and worth trying if you’re unsure about committing like I was!

Fantastic experience: My journey with studio pilates began with me coming to them broken, frustrated and desperate to keep my fitness up while healing a significant injury to my foot from running. From the moment I walked through the door I was welcomed with open arms, genuine care, understanding and a warm smile. I have formed friendships over the last 7 months of this recovery journey and to be honest, as a solo runner, this close knit and nurturing village is one I am definitely taking into my future when I can eventually return to running again. Studio Pilates is part of my life now and everything they say about it is true. Its addictive.

Fantastic experience: Have wondered about reformer Pilates for some time, and bought an introductory 6 class package from Studio Pilates Nundah Village before Xmas 2020 and found it challenging but enjoyable - can certainly feel what has been worked . The instructors are really supportive and encouraging, and the studio environment is friendly. I am often the oldest participant but that has not changed my welcome or my ability to do the exercises. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I love my Pilates classes. I work the parts of my body without hurting myself and strengthening my perineal and my back. After my pregnancy I wanted to do a sport that gets me back in shape and allows me to re-muscle the parts of my body. I really feel the result.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. Great instructors who all bring a wealth of knowledge to support with form, but I also love that they don’t impose and they give you space to choose what’s right for you and work up to the harder levels. There are also TV screens playing while you do your workout that shows someone doing each movement you’re doing with narration that offers instruction to correct your movements or try it at a harder level. The place is super clean and every machine gets sanitised after each workout. Couldn’t be better!
