Fantastic experience: Just wanted to leave a very well deserved 5 star review for the whole team at Bodyfit Glen Osmond. I have had trainers and coaches in the past, both group & 1 on 1, and nothing compares to BFT G.O. The coaches are dedicated to keeping you inspired, keeping the culture and community vibes high, and correcting form where people need it. Even with a packed class I see these guys staying on top of all of this. 5am through to 6:00pm. I am so grateful for the knowledge shared and time taken for each of the members, and especially myself. Even with an injury I was able to come to each class and they showed me how to substitute exercises / work around it so I could stay on top of my accountability and recovery. I haven’t felt this supported by a team / trainers in my life, I’ll never look for another gym again. Thank you guys. Absolutely love it here x

Fantastic experience: BFT Glen Osmond is such a great community! The trainers and the members make it such a welcoming and fun environment. Even on the bad days when you don’t want to get up early, you always walk out feeling better than when you walked in! :)
