There were a few setbacks along the way, and honestly, I felt like giving up at times but James kept me going. He’s super professional but also easy to talk to. We’d chat about everything, not just my ankle, which made the whole process less stressful. Really grateful for the support and patience he’s shown. Can’t recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: Wasnt keen at all after seeing previous physios and no results just wasted money but i can honestly say now the best thing ive ever done for my nerve pain the dry needling works wonders. James is very clued on and knows what his doing. Can honestly say i leave my appointments feeling better then i ever did. Fantastic experience: I had ongoing shoulder pain and restricted movement. After x rays & ultra sound my Doctor presented me with 3 options, surgery cortisone or physio, but doubted that physio would be particularly effective. I made an appointment with James, and in our first consultation really nailed where and what my issues were.Fast forward about 2 months and with the exercie program that James has provided I am so so so much better. This guy is really good. Professional, knowledgeable and a very supportive. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Before seeing James from All Elite Physio I was deep into prep for an ultra marathon and had been plagued with small injuries and aches preventing me from training. I went to James as a bit of long shot deep down thinking that I had been just doing too much. I went to see him told him my predicaments and after a 30 minute full body evaluation he deciphered a plan and to my surprise he didn't tell me to stop doing what I was doing, he actually gave me more. After only a week and half of working on the right foundational exercises I was feeling better than I had felt for probably years and able to do more than what I had been, and not only was he able to troubleshoot and fix my issues, he is a top bloke who really listens and is in his patients corner without question. Could not recommend his service enough!
