Fantastic experience: Wherever you're at with your fitness and health, these guys have got you. It's friendly and relaxed, but with all the equipment and expertise you could ask for. The group classes are amazing for motivation and add a fun and social element which gets me through the hard work with a smile.

Positive experience: For such an affordable price at $14.95 a week it’s been great so far! The fact that they’re open 24/7 is really beneficial when working late nights. Only reason for 4 stars is the smaller amount of gym equipment such as smith machine squats racks, no hack squat, no glute hyperextension machine either. Other than that I’m really impressed so far.

The owners Tara and Steve really make the place feel welcoming and it’s a nice change from the impersonal lack of service at other places. Big cross section of people just doing their thing and a friendly atmosphere. The equipment really is the best I’ve seen and the place is immaculate! Fantastic experience: It’s a great gym. I’m going to nitpick and give this the most in depth honest review I can. I would say it caters more to the casual or beginner lifter currently. But there is still plenty for everybody. The good - super friendly and helpful staff - plenty of equipment, all brand new and high quality - the fixed barbells are extra long allowing a wider grip if needed - the leg extension is the best I’ve ever used. Leg press has adjustable back angle. Has a glute trainer. Just overall good selection for leg training - great lighting - plenty of bag storage - easy parking - plenty of weight plates 1.25kg through to 25kg. Won’t be struggling to find enough plates here. - 6 incline benches that can be moved wherever you need - benchpress has an assisted unrack to allow you to keep in position while unracking without help - the benchpress and 3 power racks each have their own barbell - Not crowded like some of the other gyms in town where you have trouble getting the machines you need The bad - Dumbbells only go up to 30kg - Only one set of dual cables. These 2 are the only cable stacks with adjustable height. - no chest supported row - no seated leg curl only a prone option - Carpets in the main area make benches slide easily. Only the group fitness room has an area of rubber mat flooring - 2 of the 3 power racks and the only area to do deadlifts, lunges, sled pushes are in the group fitness area which may be inaccessible if a class is on. Must be aware of class schedule and work around it - only bumper plates available which can make loading large amounts of weight more tedious - No jack for barbells to help while loading them on the ground - Not a whole lot of mirrors. No racks are facing a mirror in either direction. The smith machine is however. Overall a great experience so far and I look forward to seeing it improve over time
