Negative experience: I have repeatedly tried to get my partners membership canceled an continuously keep running into brick walls this has been running for over 6 years an has been used 1time only I understand there is now new management PLEASE HELP

Fantastic experience: I don’t care what anyone says about this gym I think it’s the best gym in town no judgement from anyone the vibes are immaculate and the people are great and don’t even get me started on the amazing range of stuff they have in their vending machines and the wellness areas absolutely incredible stuff

Fantastic experience: I gym in Singin is your local. I going to gym cause it’s the best place and a friendly people in the right place to get fit and lose weight and build muscle fat on you and abs and I recommend signing up and friendly people.

Negative experience: It's ok but.....mostly old equipment. Not all of it works. A lot of it the features don't work on the order equipment i.e. some buttons are worn out, heart rate monitors not working. The " Wellness " centre is a very small sauna and single person cold plunge in a tiny room that you have to pay an extra $10 per week on top of your membership!! Not happy Jan...

Negative experience: 12hr casual pass i thought great? i could come early morning. Guess what, standing in the cold couldnt get in. The app is poorly written so if it expires before you scan it, it asks you to change numbers. Confusing anyway. Highly intrusive of your personal information having to use your phone to enter the gym. Highly unlikely a smaller sized company would have the advanced cyber security required to keep your info safe. Its otherwise a nice gym with alot of equipment.

Negative experience: Insane, I want to cancel my membership last month and still charging me with fees continuesly with over dues... i have medical cert .. i havnt use my membership for many months and still pay .. now im asking to pay them with the last month fees plus over due as we spoke will going to cancel it, but the issue continue that i have to pay more then 75 dollars if i want it end ..100 dollars more ..??? Sad...ruthless heartless, people Not happy

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff, very helpful and polite. The equipment is brilliant enough to get a good workout. Plenty of space even during busy periods. Plus it has 24 hrs access

Negative experience: Pay for a 24/7 gym membership yet it is not open

Fantastic experience: Great gym, pretty well equipped with ample space for strengh training or crossfit style workouts. They are super helpful too, they offer flexible options for day or week passes for people who FIFO.

Fantastic experience: This place is good to work out with wonderful staff and it can only get better . Got great work out machines too mite be a small place but will only get bigger. Great gym give it a try see what you think

Negative experience: I have been twice to the GYM.11am and 3pm Saturday 26/11. The entire shopping complex is locked, so how does a new member get into the gym after hrs and Sunday.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with great new equipment. The staff are always plesent. The gym is always at the right workout temperature and it's never too crowded. Also has an area for kids to play in.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. It is huge and has plenty of equipment. The membership fees are very reasonable. They have personal training available. All sorts of classes available to suit your needs. It is not usually too crowded and you can easily get access to the equipment you need. There is decent parking available including underground parking. This gym has vending machines with a lot of great options including protein drinks and pre-work out, snacks and other drinks. The also sell in bulk supplements. I highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, All the equipment you need. Spacious. Never too busy between 9-12 when I attend. After hours access is convenient and easy to use.

Positive experience: Great gym, plenty of machines and free weight! Staff are awesome and always friendly and willing to help! Since Covid restrictions the team have done a great job keeping everything clean and open for our use.. well done iGym team!
