Fantastic experience: I really like this gym. The gym has a welcoming, friendly, community vibe. I love that it has a pool. Occasionally I wish there was slightly more / different equipment but it has everything I really need. It's kept clean and the staff are always friendly.

Where else in Adelaide can you book your very own lane for a swim in 40-minute slots? It’s a game changer, and one of the best covid legacies! The vibe here is fantastic, with a respectful and friendly community, staff included. if you’re looking to snag a lane during peak hours, make sure to book well in advance!

Negative experience: Most I’ve ever paid for a swim and the facilities were disgusting! Filthy. There wasn’t even toilet paper. It’s shame because it would have been a very convenient option for me in the future. I don’t mind paying, but the price needs to be commensurate with the quality.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best trainer - Vanessa from Freedom Fitness, Adelaide! She genuinely wants her clients to reach their goals. Very supportive and encouraging. Her approach in training is something that every client requires. Very systematic and gradual learning approach. She genuinely loves her work and I can see that very much reflected in the training sessions that we do together! It makes a huge difference for the client when trainer genuinely loves what they do for work. So happy to have you as my trainer!

Fantastic experience: Our 16 y.o. son has been going to Freedom Fitness for a couple of months and loves it. I have to say the staff are beyond amazing. They go out of their way to look out for our son and mentor him towards his fitness goals. It's more like a home away from home than just a gym. Very rare to find this kind of service these days! Fantastic experience: It's a great place to exercise if youre looking for a peaceful gym. You won't see hot-looking gym goers but elderly which is a good thing since you want to focus on yourself rather than getting distracted by other gym members.

They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Service was delightful and very professional. 10/10. Negative experience: As a mother of two young children who meets their coach for swimming lessons here every week for the last 4 weeks at the same time same day, I was appalled at the ARROGANCE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM displayed by the owner of this fitness centre! Even when there is a miscommunication from the coach on the change of time slot, there was NO need to be so uncivilised and disrespectful towards your clients.My children were polite, quiet and simply warming up for their purposed lesson. They are not at fault. We should not be the subject of your CONDESCENDING AND ILL-MANNERED ways. If you learn to be more professional and civil, this could have been resolved quickly and amicably. BE WARNED!

Fantastic experience: The pool is actually one of the nicest 25m pools Adelaide has to offer. Perfect cleanliness, perfect temperature and nice wide lanes.. ATM it's never crowded either. A great option in the winter when outdoor pools close (or otherwise curious what a combined gym program may achieve).
