We have integrated 33 stations into our interval training system thus allowing variety and diversity into our classes, making them challenging as well as keeping your training interesting and constantly changing.

Fitness 33 also offers a variety of H.i.i.T ( High Intensity Interval Training ) Functional Fitness, Boxing Classes, Yoga as well as personal training that aim to meet all your fitness needs.

Our trainers are professional and experienced, bringing you classes that are fun, personalised, challenging and intense all in a friendly small group personal training environment.

Fantastic experience: Fitness 33 is literally my favourite gym in Adelaide CBD! I've been a member for over 6 months and it's been absolutely amazing. Everyone makes you feel most welcome and you're always supported with very likeminded individuals all looking to achieve their fitness goals. I credit the start of my healthy journey to the owner (Steve & Michelle) who have literally been my fitness support and motivation to get me through training. It's challenging but you definitely learn to enjoy every minute of it. So if you're looking for a gym that challenges you to be the BEST version of yourself, look no further - Fitness 33 has got your back!

Fantastic experience: Fitness 33 is great! The instructor (Steve) always mixes things up so you never get bored of doing the same thing. Your body does not get the chance to relax and get used to any one exercise. I have been a regular at classes for just over two years and don't see myself quitting anytime soon. The classes are only an hour long, but extremely intense. Steve accounts for all body types/strengths/weakness, so no matter what your level of fitness is, you will be tested at Fitness 33! I lost 15 kg in the first year and have maintained my body weight at a constant level and have been toning up ever since! It really doesn't get better than that.
