Fantastic experience: I have been going to InnerFit for 2 years now. I've never worked out at a gym that has pushed me to my limits while actually understanding my personal goals like the team at InnerFit does. I'm the healthiest I have been in years and I absolutely love being able to incorporate the sauna and cold plunge into my recovery. Scott, Simone and the entire team know exactly how to push me day to day. i haven't experienced that personal touch at another gym and am proud to be part of the InnerFit community

The classes are great and the instructors are next level always helping you correct anything your not doing correctly and thats not even mentioning the oasis retreat you can use as part of the gym. This really takes your recovery up a level. I highly recommend you give it a go.

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely incredible experience at Inner Fit Recovery & Wellness. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. I did the full circuit – ice bath, sauna, steam room, warm magnesium bath – and finished with the Normatec compression therapy. Every step felt thoughtfully designed to help you feel refreshed, relaxed, and fully recovered. A special shoutout to Simone at reception, who was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Her energy and professionalism really stood out. The facilities are immaculate, the vibe is calming, and you leave feeling like a brand-new person. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to prioritise their wellbeing, recovery, or just to treat themselves. I’ll definitely be back

Fantastic experience: I love the Inner Fit Wellness and Recovery Centre and go twice at week at least to use the sauna and magnesium pool. It’s so easy and convenient with parking too. It’s become my quiet space to recover and it’s now an integral part of my own training/recovery protocol.

Fantastic experience: As someone who plays soccer and trains regularly at the gym, InnerFit Wellness and Recovery has been a game changer for me. I use the contrast therapy, red light sessions, and Normatec boots mostly for recovery and managing small injuries or post-training soreness, and I’ve noticed a real difference in how my body bounces back. The red light therapy especially has helped with energy levels and keeping inflammation down. The space is clean, modern, and well thought out. It’s also a great place to just unwind and reset, especially after a tough week of training or work. The team is welcoming and really knows their stuff. If you’re active and need a solid recovery routine, or just want somewhere to recharge this is the place for you!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to InnerFit Wellness and Recovery for Oasis contrast therapy, red light therapy, and Normatec boots and I genuinely love it. The space is always spotless, super calming, and thoughtfully set up. You can really tell the team puts their heart into what they do, their attention to detail and passion for wellness makes a big difference. It’s become such a great part of my routine, and I always leave feeling refreshed and looked after. I can’t wait to try out their yoga and Pilates classes too! Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to InnerFit wellness and recovery since it opened and go a few times per week for Pilates and the oasis room. It’s my go-to place to relax and switch off. Scott and Simone are lovely and class instructors are all great.

From the hot-cold recovery session with a yoga class, my DOMs from a strength class was quickly (and satisfyingly) resolved. I followed the hot-cold protocol advised by Scott and team. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I could not wait to try the Oasis room at Inner Fit Wellness & Recovery and it did not disappoint. After a long week of work and training it was just what I needed. Cold plunge, magnesium spa, sauna and steam. Used them all and left feeling very refreshed and had a great nights sleep, ready for the week ahead. Exactly what the inner west needs and will be visiting on a regular basis.

Fantastic experience: The most supurb health haven in suburbia :) Innerfit's wellness and recovery centre boasts a range of awesome facilities including saunas, red light therapy, and a sensory deprivation tank. My favourite is the Oasis room which has a sauna, steam room, magnesium hot tub and cold plunge tub, great for hot/cold therapy!

Fantastic experience: I love the ambience of this place. The fitout is tasteful, minimalist, and upmarket. First impressions were that it’s so clean, with superb facilities, and it then also became apparent that it’s the perfect place to decompress after a big week. Had the pleasure of a 2.5 hour visit with friends, starting with an evening yoga class, followed by a recovery session. The yoga instructor was polite, clear and encouraging, even to an amateur such as myself. The ambient lighting, high ceiling and atmosphere in the yoga studio were perfect to just unwind and forget the world outside. After yoga, we enjoyed an immersive recovery session including the steam room, warm magnesium bath, cold plunge pool, and sauna. Felt like a sanctuary for some much needed peace and reflection. Having personally been accustomed to training intensely, the cold plunge was perfect to combat muscle inflammation. Will be signing up to a regular membership. Very impressed. A big thank you to the InnerFit Team who were so welcoming and hospitable.

Fantastic experience: InnerFit’s Wellness & Recovery centre has quickly become one of my favourite places to be. The oasis room (sauna, steam room, magnesium spa and ice bath) has really helped with my recovery, stress management and sleep. I always leave feeling relaxed and I find myself wanting to come back everyday! It’s a great space to escape - welcoming, clean and relaxing. They also have an infrared sauna, red light therapy bed, and Normatec boots available, on top of classes such as Reformer Pilates, Barre and Yoga. There’s something here for everyone, highly recommend giving this space a visit!

Fantastic experience: Went to the wellness centre Sunday night after a grueling football game. The team were friendly and welcoming, the facility clean and nicely appointed. There is parking out back also. I'm not aware of another destination in the inner west that has hot and cold pools, sauna, float tank and steam room all in the one spot for the price. We'll worth a visit. I will be going back. Thank you Innerfit.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love coming here! The new wellness space is both welcoming and relaxing, with kind and welcoming staff. The Oasis room with four options of steam, traditional sauna, ice bath and magnesium spa really make it the perfect place to wind down and recover your body. Bonus for some lovely conditioner and body wash in the showers! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone else considering giving it a try

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing experience at InnerFit Wellness & Recovery! I started with a yoga class that was the perfect balance of calming and energising. After yoga, I enjoyed an Oasis Session, which included the sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and warm magnesium bath. Each element was incredible and left me feeling completely refreshed. I finished with a session in the Normatec boots, and wow — my legs have never felt better. The whole space is beautifully set up, super clean, and the team is really friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: InnerFit Wellness & Recovery is my go-to place for recovery and relaxation after a stressful day or week. The Oasis Room has everything I need to unwind; a traditional sauna, a steam room, a magnesium warm bath and a cold bath. I leave feeling refreshed and energized. It’s a great facility which helps reduce stress from the demands of my training, work and university. After each visit, I feel calm, recharged, and sleep more deeply. It’s the ideal reset for me.

Fantastic experience: The Oasis room is heaven - the space, ambient lighting, colours, the beautiful smell of the wood in the sauna. I’ve also tried Red Light Therapy, Red Light Sauna and Normatec boots! It’s also encouraged me to try Reformer Pilates again as it’s right there. This wellness area is the perfect addition to the main Innerfit gym. It’s my happy place!

Fantastic experience: The best recovery experience I have had. I chose to use the oasis room which was so relaxing and comfortable. The cleanliness of the facilities and the staff were so incredible and helpful. I was able to do a cold plunge followed by the sauna then finishing off in the hot magnesium tub. Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the new InnerFit Wellness and Recovery centre. The space is beautiful and very welcoming. I have done a few classes there now, and done one Normatech recovery session which felt awesome. Today I tried to the Oasis and it was incredible. Huge shout out to Simone for coaching me through two sessions in the ice bath which I've never done before. I was so nervous, but made 2 mins and then 3 mins, thanks to Simone. Love the magnesium bath and the steam room. I feel amazing. Simone and Scott and have done a fabulous job.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at 'Oasis'. I highly recommend it if you're looking to recover, destress, and stay active. They offer yoga, barre, and reformer classes, which allowed me to exercise prior relaxing. It's definitely my favourite place to both connect and disconnect.

I went in for an infrared sauna and I walked out feeling so refreshed. I also love that the Oasis area is included with my InnerFit gym membership. Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic experience: I’m LOVING the Oasis at The Wellness Centre, and I’m making full use of it as often as I can, which is A LOT with my InnerFit platinum plus membership. It’s a great place to unwind and recover, especially loving going between the magnesium bath and ice plunge pool!

Fantastic experience: Riannan is THE BEST. I have had numerous massages over the years but now that I've found her, I won't go anywhere else. She has squeezed me in on short notice and after a particularly niggling neck, she checked in with me afterwards to see how I was going. Her knowledge of the body is out of this world and I walk out feeling a million times better. She genuinely cares about your progress and recovery!

Fantastic experience: Rhiannon is a fantastic therapist! Her years of experience is apparent from the onset of the massage. She knows exactly how to get into those sore spots and get rid of them!

Positive experience: Thanks for an incredible massage Alison! Alison was able to accommodate my last-minute request for a massage today. It was a deep tissue massage and she was able to release all the areas that have been so sore lately! I feel like my lower back is finally unlocked. It was equally relaxing and I will definitely be returning thank you again.

Fantastic experience: Riannan is by far the best massage therapist I have ever come across. I have followed her through numerous locations over the years and wouldn't bother going to anyone else. She is always professional, communicative and accommodating. Her knowledge of how to fix anything I throw at her has been outstanding and she has been able to fix long standing aches and pains including long standing lower back issues that others couldn't even put a dent in. I would highly recommend her to anyone who will listen

Fantastic experience: Having had both individual and small group Pilates sessions with Riannan I can vouch for her amazing ability. She is able to tailor sessions to individual needs in both settings as well as keeping workouts interesting and effective. Making appointments is straightforward through the website with handy reminder emails to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. The studio is well appointed and comfortable. I couldn't recommend The Rehab Project more highly!

Started doing private Pilates sessions with Riannan as well and will definitely continue! She is super friendly, tailors the sessions to your personal needs and guides you through the exercises! 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Riannan is by far the best remedial masseuse I have ever had. She has such a deep understanding of anatomy and biomechanics. Great for helping me to not only recover from sport issues/injuries but also helps me to understand the causes of why they occurred. Could not recommend her any more highly!!
