Negative experience: The staff and facilities may be OK I wouldn't know but the Companies membership policies and communication are disgraceful.
Fantastic experience: This is an excellent gym. Spacious, good well maintained gear. 5 stars
Negative experience: Abysmal communication via email
Negative experience: Clearly should have noticed a 2+ star review prior. Happy to sign-up a 14 year old for a ‘trial’ and then keep charging (even though attendance stopped as the ‘trial’ was over) Not based on attendance - so guaranteed the club will be successful through these sign-ups!
Negative experience: Nice club with heaps of room. However. The roof leaks, not just in one spot. Like 5 different spots. Always leaking from air con I imagine. Broken equipment seems to take weeks to get repaired. Staff almost never answer the phone. Trying to call up to book kids in to child minding service is almost impossible. I call 3 times a week and the amount of times the phone rings out is insane. Not that the staff members are much help anyway. None of them know anything or are even capable of using an eftpos machine. Over all a good club and fairly cheap but customer service is a major downfall. So I left this review a few months back, and not much has changed. Still so much damaged equipment, 2 showers are out of order due to mold (for about 2 months now) always out of wipes for equipment to wipe down (probably as there is always only 2 staff member on) holes in the walls of the men's bathrooms, air con isn't always working and neither is the music. The amount of times I've come in to another gym with no music playing is absurd. At least once a fortnite. They need to pay their spotify subscription or something. Staff still don't answer phones and arr all still useless. Always at least 3 people in the gym with no shoes on or a towel despite the amount of signals forbidding this. They need to get their act together. ..

Positive experience: I previously left a bad review for Club Lime VP and in hindsight I believe that review was unfair. The facilities are incredible and for the most part the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Apologies for being a bit of a Karen in my previous review. I'm too used to gyms being incredibly difficult to deal with, but this wasn't the case with club lime. Not a fan of the direct debit system but otherwise they're actually really good.

Fantastic experience: Joined a few months ago, not only is the gym well equipped but also clean and well maintained. The staff are always friendly and the crèche is wonderful. All in all, a great gym and I'm so happy to be apart of it.

Negative experience: Very good gym and equipment but I had to cancel my trial after experiencing multiple guys use equipment without a towel and just leave the bench wet with their sweat. There are signs to say a towel is required but I doubt this is enforced. Makes me feel gross

Negative experience: Good space and equipment. Weird that it all seems to be run online or via app and actual physical customer service is minimal. Have terminated my membership as there’s too many wired up, aggressive young dudes rolling around being vile and making it an uncomfortable place for others. Management aware and unfazed.

Positive experience: I love the gym but there's a trainer in there who won't stop humming and singing which distracts me a lot while training. I constantly lose count of my reps and I have to start over again.
Negative experience: Same as above, lack of help, communication.
Negative experience: Very poor management. Sent multiple emails requesting a phone call to address an issue and was simply ignored by the area manager. Have now taken the matter to the Head Office and can see the poor customer service is rampant throughout this organisation. Go elsewhere.
