Snap Fitness 24/7 Redland Bay

Fantastic experience: Wow! We’ve been to 16 snaps all over Australia, and let me tell you, this one is the absolute best! Huge congratulations to the owners and the entire team for their incredible work! Big shoutout to the amazing folks who keep the services clean and welcoming for our community. The new equipment is fantastic, the place is stunning, and it’s super close to the islands! Definitely a solid 10/10!

Fantastic experience: Great place friendly staff

Negative experience: Just stop at snap fitness to register us (my wife and me) we ask the lady we wanted a casual subscription, and at the end she put us on a full contract . We did make ourselves clear about the casual subscription. I don’t like being duped. That’s is BS . And trying to cancel everything, she already deducted a month of our bank card . Now after an hour we still fighting to get the money back . Bad management.

Fantastic experience: Shantel was just a dream during my online sign-up process. The club is immaculate and the pricing is very competitive. The members also all seem a nice blend of literally everyone. Super excited to be here! Thanks again Shantel.

Positive experience: Wonderfully well equipped gym. Very clean and modern. One problem however was customer service. The woman behind the desk was a bit confused by our questions regarding specials and maybe she could spend some time familiarizing herself with offers that are advertised on the national website. We were not aware that redland Bay did not participate in some nationally advertised offers and she didn't explain this, but all sorted now and looking forward to maintaining fitness in my 70's. Seniors discount would be a great initiative if adopted.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, always really helpful. Also good value and never overwhelmed and full at peak times. Lots of parking!!

Positive experience: I am delighted to say that after a strong disagreement with some inappropriate actions of a staff member, and after a strong review about it, she called the very next day to apologise and assure me that they have taken on board considering other ways of thinking about things in future. We all make misjudgements at times, what is important is how we react to rectify things. Good work team, so happy that our group of 4 members can enjoy the great facilities again both help our fitness and that of Snap Fitness at the same time!

Fantastic experience: The wife and I have already signed up as founding members and we could not be more excited. Sam who signed us up was very helpful and polite. I am very excited to start training here. Update after 6 months of membership. Things are great and staff and other gym users are friendly and helpful. 12 months in a few staff changes and this place is awesome. Great friendly members and everyone is happy to help with spots.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of redlandbay snap fitness since day one and let me tell you, i absolutely love this gym. Made a few requests regarding classes, and redlandbay snap fitness has delivered on every level. Love the atmosphere here, the staff and trainers aswell. Best gym .in.redlandb

Negative experience: Its a bit limited on gear no incline bench press No cable machines No ab equipment No supplement available The equipment is not set out the best For a modern gym its seriously lacking

Positive experience: Maggie and Nyree are amazing, they always make you feel so welcome and couldn’t be more helpful they make it feel like a real cosie community gym. The only downside and a big downside is there is not enough room for the classes and no privacy, I think if there was a private room the classes would definitely get more interest and more classes could be added, personally I know a lot more ladies who would join if there was a private room. If it wasn’t for Nyree and Maggie I would possibly look elsewhere because I do enjoy the classes and atmosphere

Fantastic experience: I have not been to the gym in like 100 year as my injuries (sore parts) played a big part in moving forward with my fitness. During one of their amazing classes the trainer "Nyree Carty" noticed there were exercises i just couldn't do. She took me through a private session to assist with some alternative movements to strengthen my weaker areas and provided incredible guidance - knowledge without making me feel like I was a total idiot. She listened and understood what was needed for me to become stronger in the areas I needed to. Her time and care factor was 100% appreciate, as now I'm more comfortable and confident with training in the group (classes) and on my own. Knowing the machines now and being able to expand my exercises into something that is more beneficial and I am absolutely loving Snaps and the service that comes with that. Thanks to Nyree Carty for her expertise and the way she made me feel will not only keep me motivated to increase my fitness but to stay right there at Redland Bay Snap Fitness. 5 star rated for the service and the gym itself. Happy Member :)

Negative experience: Honestly horrible gym, not only are the staff incredibly rude and don’t know what they are doing. Some are even out right creepy and make you feel uncomfortable in the gym, and speaking of uncomfortable my friends and I joined the gym for the advertise classes such as Pilates etc. You have to do this class in front of the whole gym for everyone to watch, and only 3 people can even fit in a class (I spoke up about this issue to the gym an got told “I am missing the point” and that “I should use there cardio machines”) . If you are wanting to join this gym i would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
