F45 Training Boondall

Fantastic experience: Hien is an outstanding coach. Highly motivating, knowledgeable and super friendly. I’ve experienced F45 classes in other countries and Hien raises the bar on F45 standards. Couldn’t recommend this location enough. If you’re looking for a great workout and friendly atmosphere, train here. Worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: I have been with F45 Boondall for more than 3 years now. I am greatly impressed with the way the classes are structured over there. Hien, the trainer, ensures that the trainees do the exercises the way they should be done. I am really impressed by her demo and support during the training sessions. These sessions combined with healthy dietary habits have helped me greatly in shedding more than 15 kilos.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to F45 in Auckland, New Zealand, for about six months. I wanted to keep up my fitness while in Brisbane over the Christmas/New Year holidays. I spent the week at F45 Boondall and absolutely loved it. It’s a beautifully clean, tidy and well-kept studio. The equipment all looked new and clean. And the trainers were attentive and knew their stuff. Hien especially was accommodating and thoughtful, and gave great tips to ensure my form was 100% correct. I come to Brisbane a couple times a year to see my family and this will most certainly be my home gym when in town. Love it here.

Negative experience: Trainers are okay. I’d love to see them bring more energy to the class. Trainers should be pushing, motivating and driving members. ….and that bloody door alarming every 5mins. $45/week. Maybe you could fix that?

Negative experience: Staff were horrible, not helpful and just old and dirty! My cousin and I are never going back!

Negative experience: I signed up for 9:30am class but F45 was closed. So I called them and a guy answered and said wrong number. Haha what a joke. Great service lol

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, the main coach is absolutely lovely and encourages everyone to reach their goals and fitness potential If you love a challenge in your workouts, definitely recommend!
