Positive experience: Great cocktails !
Negative experience: Very disappointed with Richard about his dishonesty and fake ads on social media! I can’t judge his skills as I did only two sessions with him but I can loudly say he is dishonest with me. His ad says it is 1-1 training session and only the trainer and the trainee will be there. When I went there to have a chat, he said it is 1-1 training. For that I agreed to start training even he didn’t give me a special price. I went today morning as per booking at 8.30am, I found someone is training there. I thought they might finishing soon. I kept quiet…. For the first half hour myself and someone else were there… when it was nearly 9am, a young lady popped in. So we became four people inside the room! Sooner after that, the young man left and only me, the girl and Richard left inside. He started training her!!!! I felt awful about his attitude. He neglected me most of the 2nd half and kept chatting with that lady. 10 min before my time finished, he asked me to stretch and finish by myself. I decided to leave and asked him to have a quick chat privately as I dont wanna make him looks lier in-front of his customers. I told him are you doing sharing sessions or 1-1 as per agreed. He said no it’s sharing. I told him Im not interested in sharing sessions, if so I would consider small classes at any gym and it will be way cheaper price. He replied, dont worry about it and shuts off the door! Richard must feeling shame about his rude behaviour, bad attitude, dishonesty and his lies! Just figured out most of his reviews are fake…. Was such a bad experience and absolutely I DONT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL
I'm very sorry you had a bad experience with me - I don't like to think that any of my customers feel neglected or worse, think that i'm rude to them! I obviously wasn't clear enough with my explanation about how Taylored Training works - which was mentioned verbally, in the contract and in the welcome message: "Sessions are 60 minutes in length, booked every 30 minutes, with 15 minutes of low supervision warm up & corrective exercise, 30 minutes of intense exercise with high supervision from your trainer, and 15 minutes of low supervision accessory exercise. The trainer therefore will be supervising no more than 2 trainees at a particular time" I hope that in our short time together that you got something out of the free sessions, and you continue to work towards your goal
Fantastic experience: Richard & team are very professional and have helped me hit & maintain my fitness goals. Each session is varied and tailored to my specific needs; with fun elements to make training enjoyable ... and best yet, they've kept me looking & feeling good during quarantine with their outdoor training program.
Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Taylored training more highly. After having my daughter I was struggling to find the time and motivation to return to an exercise program. I discovered Taylored Training and what a great find it was. The environment is relaxed but supportive to achieve your goals. I find strength and resistance training difficult to inititate myself. Richard is extremely knowledge and helped me to become comfortable using weights and I found myself feeling stronger and more confident. Richard is calm and has a lot of knowledge about nutrition plans which he will work with you on to achieve your goals. I would definately recommend Taylored training!
Fantastic experience: I was interested in getting more serious about my health and fitness and Richard has definitely enlightened me about many things about nutrition and training. Five weeks in and am seeing results greater than after having trained a year with other trainers. Am feeling stronger and more energetic. I would highly recommend Richard for anyone who would like to look at their health and fitness holistically and work with a trainer that talks the talk and walks the walk.
