Fantastic experience: The sessions are setup to meet your wants and needs without thinking. The session times will meet everyones needs. The customer service is excellent. The trainers are passionate and knowlegable. The gym room is spacious with a really good air conditioning system so your not hot or cold. The prices are affordable with discounts to pensioners and students.

Fantastic experience: A really great idea! Works really well for me as the trainers plan everything for me to do, so I just have to follow their instructions, and they make sure I'm doing it correctly. Best thing is I'm already seeing results after 2.5 weeks :)
