Fantastic experience: came from melbourne to stay in warrnambool for 3 days - went to warrnambool f45 and LOVED katie the most lovely instructor, Leana, Mia and I felt so welcome. Best f45 i’ve ever been too, we will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: My cousins and I came down to Warrnambool with our families for a few days and we visited f45 and were pleasantly surprised by how amazing it was. I went twice and had Katie as the instructor and she was absolutely amazing - we definitely we back next time we come

Negative experience: It's 7am on a Saturday, you can't operate machinery, but you can play your rubbish music. Turn it down.

Fantastic experience: Joining f45 was the best decision I have ever made, I have been apart of alot of different gyms and this is the best by far the trainers are amazing and can adapt each station to what you can do. They make you feel very welcome and always have a smile on there faces.

Fantastic experience: Never in a million years would I look forward to getting up early for a 5.10AM class...but I do!!! I absolutely love it. Such a great vibe, the trainers are so supportive and modify everything for my body. The food is fabulous and filling. I'd certainly recommend F45 to anyone wanting to start improving their lifestyle xx

Fantastic experience: The Warrnambool F45 studio always has such a great atmosphere, and such a great community of people. I never knew I could enjoy the gym so much before coming here. The girls make each session fun, push me and help me progress everyday. :)

Fantastic experience: After trialling many gyms and finding it hard to get motivated to actually go, once I started F45 there was no going back. I love that you walk in, do your work out and walk out and leave everything at the door. Not only is the atmosphere awesome with all the other amazing members, but the trainers are bloody great at what they do. With Lea-Anne, Katie, Eve and Sarah watching over and assisting you (and encouraging you to push to your limits) at all times, you’re sure to have a safe, fun and challenging work out!!

Fantastic experience: This gym is just the change my workout routine needed! I started just before Christmas 2021 and haven’t looked back. Had several recommendations from friends but I’ll admit the cost of the membership did deter me off originally but after looking at the class times and with the gym having classes 7 days a week I soon worked out that I could get to at least 4, 5 even 6 classes a week which soon justified that membership cost for me! I’m a busy working mum of two and I feel fitter, leaner & stronger than I have ever been. The trainers have been so welcoming to me right from the start and feels like I’ve been there forever now! Fantastic experience: I just spent 3 months training here, after visiting from Singapore, and the atmosphere at this studio is one of the best I've been to. All the trainers from the start were so welcoming. They are super friendly, take the time to get to know you, are helpful and know what they're talking about, are great at giving you progressions, motivating you and love a bit of dancing. They have a great vibe going on and a real community spirit. Huge thanks to Lea-Ann, Katie and Eve for making my three months training here so enjoyable. Will definitely be back, next time I'm in town.

Fantastic experience: I was pretty nervous to start at F45 but the trainers and other members are all so welcoming, helpful & friendly! You can go at your own pace and the trainers always help to adjust or change an exercise to suit your needs. Highly recommend trying F45 Warrnambool!

Fantastic experience: Just finished the 45 day challenge with F45 Warrnambool and I haven't felt so good in a long time. Other than losing a bit of weight, I feel so energetic and motivated in all aspects of lives. The trainers are so encouraging and friendly they make going to training fun and exciting.

Fantastic experience: I spent 6 weeks in Warrnambool over the Summer of 20/21 and during this time took a casual membership at F45. I've trained in Melbourne with F45, but can honestly say that the team in Warrnambool are just so awesome! Leanne, Katie and Ally were so supportive and create such a great community for every member. They took time to know and remember my name and every class would go out of their way to have a quick chat and frequently encourage my efforts. I've tried many other gyms that say they're a 'community', but I notice a lot of cliques happening but can honestly say that I never saw anything like that at F45 Warrnambool. My only disappointment is that I don't live permanently in town to take an ongoing membership with them. Thanks girls for such a great experience! :-)
