Fantastic experience: This gym is absolutely fantastic! From the moment you walk in, the friendly and professional staff make you feel welcome. The facility is spotless, with top-of-the-line equipment catering to every fitness need, whether you're into weightlifting, cardio, or functional training. The Sauna is impressive, There’s plenty of space, so even during peak hours, it never feels overcrowded. The added perks like modern showers, lockers, and a smoothie bar sauna. Just wishes it was open earlier. Great casual visit price also for holiday goers

Positive experience: Edit; had to drop two stars sadly. There new benches are horrible and so uncomfortable to work out on..Only just signed up. The person who signed me up (I think his name was Aaron) was very friendly and answered all my questions and made me feel very welcome.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym - friendly and helpful staff, excellent range of equipment including tools for functional fitness, great atmosphere, and never overcrowded. It even has a sauna! The little kitchen is great, too. Well maintained facilities - multiple showers and toilets.

Fantastic experience: Sad to leave this gym. First class establishment that caters to all whatever the goals you want to achieve. Powerlifting, strength, conditioning, compound, isolation and cardio, you can add many strings to your bow in this gym. Thanks for 3 good years!

They have heaps of equipment, the kitchen and showers are really nice and the whole place just has a great vibe. Would 100% come again if we pass through again

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going to this gym, I am 60 and new to the gym scene. I have met some great friendly people there. The staff are encouraging and professional and show me how to use the equipment correctly and direct me to correct equipment for certain muscles that I want to develop. I love beating my own personal bests in weights because I love seeing my achievements on their personal best board.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym - I attended when on holidays - really enjoyed the chilled out vibe, music, colour scheme and mood lighting - all the equipment you need, 24/7 entry, beautifully renovated showers. Friendly staff an d people - sometimes Gyms can be intimidating but the owners were so friendly it made me feel at home. Appreciated the attention to Covid safety practices too. When I asked questions on facebook my question was answered quickly.

Never to busy so you can always do your workout routine with never having to wait for stuff. For sure one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Powerlifting friendly with deadlift platforms, chalk and squat cages. Plenty of free weights and machines. Great gym for strength training or bodybuilding.

Fantastic experience: Big open floor area that easily fits in all the machines and leaves plenty of room for training with free weights. Plenty of power racks, benches and dead lift platforms which makes training easy to get into. Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating.
