Fantastic experience: Momentum is a great, no-nonsense gym. Loads of equipment and space, including plenty of free weights and machines, with a relaxed atmosphere and positive vibe. A great place to train with responsive and helpful staff.

Fantastic experience: I've used a lot of different gyms over the years and MFW has pretty much most of what you need for whole body/functional workouts. Some of the equipment is a bit older but, all kept in great condition. Staff are approachable and always happy to chat. Unlike some of the bigger gyms I've been to, the gym culture and friendliness is definitely present here

Positive experience: Been at Momentum for a couple years now. It has everything you need to achieve your health and fitness goals. With so much foot traffic I can see why some equipment is starting to age but overall, the best gym I’ve been to in terms of a ‘one stop shop’. Also has a great culture with friendly staff willing to help you at any time.

Fantastic experience: Over the years, I’ve used many different fitness facilities, Momentum, fitness Warrnambool Club ticks so many boxes for me. The staff are friendly Scott greets me by name every time he sees me as does Chris, which personalizes the experience. The variety of equipment is stellar and you don’t have to wait for machines Five stars from me.

Fantastic experience: Am surfer and been having tight adductors which prematurely concluded recent Mentawi surf trip in Nov 2022; Feb March 23 Scott took me thru personal trainer routine to reactivate core hip flexors, abductors, glutes, pelvic. As result I was in peak performance for Mentawi trip this April 2023 - made some epic barrells. Thanks Scott and to Momentum Fitness team :)

Over the years Momentum has provided me and many a safe space to grow and work on ourselves. The most friendly staff and a great environment. I will continue to forever recommend to my friends. Fantastic experience: I've been a member at Momentum more than 2 years now. It's hands down the best gym in Warrnambool. It's huge with such a wide range of machines, they're always bringing in the newest and latest things so you never miss out! The members are also super friendly, and it's very obvious is a family owned business and not a chain where you're just a number! Kris & Scott do a terrific job.

Fantastic experience: Well set up, fully equipped gym. Friendly and supportive staff and the owners are there consistently, on a daily basis. Easy access, with safe & secure for 24hr access when the gym isn't staffed. No drama, no fuss, just turn up and do your thing! Plenty of options, so even if it's busy you'll find other equipment to get your workout done! 10/10!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! Best gym in town. I've been to a few gyms around town and momentum is by far the most welcoming. I have never felt uncomfortable working out here. My kids are always welcomed too. So much equipment available too.

Fantastic experience: I have lived in Melbourne for the best part of 15 years and I am working remotely in Warrnambool for a few months. Joined Momentum Fitness on a friends recommendation and I can honestly say I have never enjoyed going to a gym more. Scotty and Dan are amazing and the gym vibe is very friendly. I also haven't seen a gym so well set up with so much equipment it makes training so much fun! Great gym and great people!

Fantastic experience: Awesome space to workout in, staf are friendly and make you feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment you walk through the door. I highly recommend.

Negative experience: Very dissapointed, joind a week to week membership and some how now have a 3rd party debt collector chasing me for $325. Scott was rather aggressive and inflammatory when I asked for an account statement. Litterally called me a "crash test dummy" sent me and aggressive message on Facebook messenger and then instantly deleted. Quite sad I didn't screen shot it. And I'm sure I'll get harassed over this review aswell.

The staff are some of the nicest staff I've come across and have a genuine care for your fitness journey from the very beginning. Do yourself a favour and visit Kris, Scott and the rest of the team!
