Fantastic experience: I have had the most pleasant experience since joining and would recommend Snap Wagga to everyone. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful - nothing is too much for them. The crèche has been crucial in me being able to return to the gym, and the girls have been amazing with my youngest. The members are lovely, everyone greets each other and is always smiling. I genuinely look forward to coming in every day and haven’t felt this excited to be at the gym in a long time! Solid 11/10 experience every single time

Fantastic experience: I have been training at Snap Fitness lake Albert for over a year now, and can honestly say best gym in Wagga Wagga! The staff are all friendly and amazing and the gym is always clean and tidy! If you’re looking to join a gym, I highly recommend coming into snap fitness!

Negative experience: Do not sign up with these people, even if you are pressured because the staff have the flu and you want to get away from them fast. Gave 30 days notice to leave which they pushed out to the end of the 'free trial period' then they took 6 weeks worth of membership out of my account I couldn't attend because I had broken my wrist, they flatly refuse to refund my money. Crooks

Fantastic experience: Good gym but not for me

Fantastic experience: The best gym! Legend staff, the atmosphere is great, especially for newcomers who don't feel very confident. Creche & Kait are lifesavers. Ben is always keen to help with the use of equipment etc...and help motivate. Snap is a part of my morning routine and hopefully always will be. Thanks to Nic & everyone who plays a part in it.

Negative experience: One of the worst gyms I've ever been too! Always having young kids or even toddlers running around and even crying non one stop, people bring there baby's I'm prams to the gym as they work out and don't look after them while there crying is very hard go workout, staff don't care what so ever would never recommend this gym!

Nic & Hannah take huge pride in the gym which is evident from - Always clean, like I’m talking spotless! It’s honestly the cleanest gym I’ve ever trained at. - Friendly & welcoming! Always say hello, you can tell they care about their members. - Correct FORM, I’ve seen Nic wondering around helping members out with their form. The younger school kids who Nic keeps an eye on have incredible form & gym etiquette (which is rare!!) Knowing Nic cares enough to make sure you’re doing things correctly to prevent injuries down the track is just 12/10! - As a new mum returning to a gym was overwhelming - Snap made me feel so comfortable. No one watching you, other members super friendly! - Their crèche is amazing & free! No others in Wagga are. - Classes are included in membership & the class instructors & PTs are great. - Good location! - Best competitive price locally! - Always great sign up specials - Always a stocked snack fridge - Awesome class timetable - Member of the month prizes!! - Always new equipment & all equipment maintained & always back where it belongs. Everything from the equipment, the condition of the gym, the staff and trainers, and to all the other members at Snap Fitness, thank you! - Location and access is perfect. - Great prices and specials on memberships. - Friendly staff always enthusiastic and helpful. - New equipment introduced regularly while older equipment has clearly been maintained consistently. - Yummy drinks in full vending machines all the time. - And all the lovely members are inclusive and show lots of great gym etiquette. I know that there are many great locations around the country so if I am to move city's I plan on staying with this franchise long term! Thank you once again to everyone at Snap Fitness! Fantastic experience: This is a well maintained gym, clean and professionally operated. There is plenty of equipment for each muscle group, all in good condition. The staff are helpful and the owner is happy to give usefull pointers and exercise advice. I enjoy my experience there. The toilets are also clean....a big plus.

Negative experience: I left this Snap Fitness ealier in the year, having had no issues after 6 months, and never had any issues when I went here for several months several years prior. When I left the gym, I spoke to the club manager and told him I was cancelling, and Nick told me that he would handle it. My payments stopped, so I assumed he must have done his job. They restarted with no notice, and so far Snap has taken over $150 from me and has refused to refund it. I have been attempting to retrieve these funds for several months and have been consistently ignored by Nic during this time. I have never had this issue at any gym I have patronised in the past. Edit: Hi Nic, it is hard to fill out paperwork when you are never sent it. It was only sent to me after I enquired as to why I was being charged several months after asking you to cancel, and I repeat cancel, not pause, not change my preferred date, cancel my membership. This is also the first time you have mentioned that the membership was paused in any of our correspondences.

Fantastic experience: If you would like to join a fun, friendly, non judgemental gym with modern and well maintained equipment this is the gym for you. You get a free program, pt session and inbody scan when you sign up. The staff are super friendly and always willing to help! You won’t regret.

Fantastic experience: i’ve been a member at snap fitness for about nearly 5 years, in this time it’s become a safe place for me , snap fitness is a positive and supportive environment, by far the best gym around. from the management to the trainer’s and members, everyone is great. they are always willing to help each other out and give advice, they truly care about your well-being. and of course the best equipment .

The staff are fantastic and incredibly helpful, the classes are convenient, efficient and effective and the members are welcoming and inclusive. The gym itself is very modern and well laid out with all equipment in next to new condition and even has a crèche for busy parents. I cannot recommend Snap Wagga highly enough.

During the current covid closure i've watched them give away thousands of dollars worth gym equipment and vouchers to local businesses on social media to a community that's struggling.
