Fantastic experience: My daughter had her 7th birthday party at flipout today. I can’t rate the service highly enough. All staff were wonderful. Shoutout to Cooper and Lillie who were our party helpers, they couldn’t have been better with the kids. So friendly and fun and on top of everything. Highly recommend this venue :)

Fantastic experience: The facilities are great, super clean, spacious and well thought out. The kids will run around here for 1-2 hours no problems. Spaces for under 10s and above cater for various age groups. Main trampolines are supervised. Staff are super attentive and caring and show a real enthusiasm for the kids to have fun. Safety is a top priority. Parties can be organised and group bookings are very convenient. Lots of parking and snacks and coffee are available.

Positive experience: A fun experience for the kids. The giant slide was a good bonus. Lots of trampolines to play on, fun music and food/beverage/bathroom facilities available. Grip socks needed for the trampolines are available for $3 or $3.50 each. One hour of jumping was definitely enough time given we had the place virtually all to ourselves. Will visit again!

Fantastic experience: Have always had a great experience when visiting Flip Out. Despite what others say, the staff have always been accommodating and welcoming. My thoughts are if you have an issue with the size or layout of this business open your own. Great for birthdays and occasional visits.

Fantastic experience: The staff were very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. Great fun for all ages. There is a designated area for kids under 10 with trampolines and a foam pit. Seating area for spectators and some arcade games too. I went the 1 hour for $15 and $3.80 extra for the socks.

Fantastic experience: Have been here twice in the last week and my 3 year old has absolutely loved it both times! The only time he didn’t was when we were leaving have found all the staff to be amazing especially while under so much pressure! My only complaint would be that parents need to pay more attention to their child but no fault to the staff or management

Fantastic experience: Lots of fun for everyone. I have been to other trampoline parks and it does feel a little worn down compared to other big businesses but was not any less fun. They have a large multiple trampoline area, a wall running area, a foam pit and a specific area for little jumpers. Thanks for the laughs.

Fantastic experience: Stuart Park which hosts many of Wollongong's events is a pretty cool location. The parachutists landing is entertaining for kids. A lovely area in North Wollongong,adjacent to Beaches,Hotels and several Restaurants and Eateries, Heaps of play area for the Children, Bike track, picnic areas

Fantastic experience: My two boys, 5 and 9, plus my nephew, 18 months, loved Flip Out! Just the foam pits and trampolines would have been enough to keep them entertained for hours! You'd be hard pressed to find a better way to use up three little boys' energy!

Fantastic experience: Phoned on Sunday asking whether we were able to bring a group in on Monday arvo and whether a booking was necessary. Informed that all was good and booking not required. Arrived Monday afternoon at 3.40pm and told that 8 of the 14 large trampolines plus all the wall tramps couldn't be used due to maintenance and that a class was starting at 4pm so it will be very cramped. Bit late to turn back as I had 7 kids with me. But the owners realised the shortfall and approached me to apologise, a couple of free passes and a new pair of socks for one of my kids who lost his in the foam pit. So A+ for customer service and satisfaction guys.. awesome.

Fantastic experience: Was apart of a birthday party today! Was awesomely conducted and the staff were very attentive! One staff member (I think her name was jess) should be applauded, she went above and beyond to make sure things were done well even though there were a number of taskes placed infront of her!

Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service and super fun for children. Gets them tired really fast. When we went it was really empty so they let us grab the big gymnastics mat thing, roll it over to the foam pit and jump/flip over it, however I think we were just lucky! Some guy was mucking around and he sprained his ankle, and they were quick to apply first aid and help him. Just really fun and a great price.

Fantastic experience: I took my 12yr old son to Flip Out on the weekend and he had an awesome time. He is pretty good on the trampolines, but the staff there were great and helped him practice some tricks into the foam pit. We will definitely be going back in the school holidays.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place, had a great time, the staff were great and very friendly that I even decided to go for a jump with the kids, we all had a ball and are looking forward to going back again on the school holidays

Fantastic experience: Visited Wagga Flipout on the weekend with my grandchildren and I was very impressed with the whole venue. The children had an amazing time and the staff were very attentive. Loved the coffee too. Will be back soon as the grandkids wore themselves out, also caters for the adults as well with plenty of parents jumping too.
