Fantastic experience: The personal training sessions I have just completed with Tadgh were the most perfect and really enjoyable start to using the gym. The training was tailored exactly to what I was looking for and has given me the confidence to continue to develop strength using the variety of exercises and techniques I was taught. I found Tadgh’s approach put me totally at ease, encouraging me to challenge myself while always making me feel comfortable doing so.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Tadgh as my personal trainer for the past weeks and I have made great progress. I have lost some weight, gained a bit of muscle and been more successful in this time with him than in the last 6 months hitting the gym by myself. Tadgh is knowledgeable and experienced, and he is always pushing me to reach my full potential. He's not just a trainer who tells you what exercises to do, he takes the time to explain the proper form/technique and what muscles you should be working in each exercise, and how it benefits your body. He is also very motivating and supportive, always shares tips in nutrition and lifestyle habits, and makes sure that I am having fun. I highly recommend Tadgh to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer who can help them reach their fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Did a lot of research trying to find a quality PT who specialised in training women (incl post partum). Tadgh was easy to communicate with, and has been an excellent trainer (I’ve worked w PTs before). He’s clearly well versed in the latest techniques, easy to chat with and the right mix of pushing you, but not overdoing it like a militant commando. Highly recommend to all, especially mums looking for specialised training.

Fantastic experience: Tadgh is excellent - I couldn’t recommend him more highly. As a gym-floor newbie, I was nervous and uncomfortable with machines and weights, but Tadgh ensures I am always comfortable and has really helped to build my confidence in the gym. He has an uncanny ability to know just how far to push me, to ensure I’m really pushing myself and progressing but also making sure I’m absolutely loving each and every session! I’m very happy with my decision to start a training programme with Tadgh, and I’m excited to see my progress continue!

Fantastic experience: Tadgh was extremely helpful, skillful, motivating and easygoing to work with. He made the experience really easy and pleasant by sharing so much information to to help me on my fitness journey, without being intimidating or hard to understand. He created an exercise routine for me that was tailored to my goals with the perfect amount of challenge. It was easy to follow and adjust accordingly. Would recommend if you’ve reached a plateau in your fitness like I had, or if you are a beginner as he is very patient and has a lot of expertise.

Fantastic experience: I don’t know where to start with describing how great Tadgh is at his job but also just an all round quality guy he is! I started training with him having no clue how to do absolutely anything in the gym and now I don’t think there’s any machine/movement I can’t do. The dedication he has to making sure his clients feel safe and comfortable in while still pushing them hard enough to achieve their absolute best is such a special trait. I can hand on my heart say that having Tadgh as a PT is one of the best things I did in 2022 and I feel I have no only gained strength and knowledge but also a friend! Book in with him now, you won’t regret a second!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Tadgh as a PT. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and really motivates you to achieve your goals. Tadgh really takes the time and care to explain things to you, educating you in the process. My workouts were always planned and specifically designed for me, keeping my injury in mind. These sessions gave me great confidence to get back to working out and weight training. Tadgh always listened to me and really helped me overcome my fears of a reoccurring injury. Throughout my time training with him I have built up confidence and feel stronger than ever. I definitely wouldn’t look any further than Tadgh!

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been active for a while and was a bit anxious to get back into regular exercise and weight training, Movement Mode came highly recommended to me my by a friend so I booked my first 1:1 personal training session with Tadgh in Coogee, he made me feel at ease right from the initial consultation, I felt like he genuinely cared about my goals of getting stronger and losing weight. The first session was super fun and a great re-introduction to the gym, he came across as very knowledgeable and had lots of great technique tips for me! Keen for my session next week!
