Fantastic experience: I went to see Dat for some injury rehab and found his holistic approach really refreshing after seeing physios with a narrower focus. We looked at everything from balancing exercises to the height of my bike seat and I feel really confident in my recovery now. Thanks Dat!

Fantastic experience: Prior to working with Dat I was in pain with a long term injury and doubtful that I would be able to make it through a session. 3 months on I am lifting weights without pain and waking up without pain. After 2 years this was a breakthrough. Dats approach is calm and clear. He works through technique until we get it right. I never feel embarassed to ask questions about an excercise or for another demonstration Dat is always keen to educate. He has recomended stretches and excercises that have been incredibly helpful in my recovery and progress. So grateful for Dat and would recomend a session with him if you are looking for long term lifestyle change!

Fantastic experience: I was apprehensive in starting back at the gym after 6 years. Add COVID and a toddler and it all seemed too hard. Fantastic experience: Dat's personal training is excellent. He explains what to do in an exercise and why you are doing it. He pushes you to progress, but focuses on technique to target the right part of the body and prevent injuries. Fantastic experience: Dat is a great trainer who puts a lot of thought into program development to make sure you achieve your goals. Very educational style means that you learn why certain movements can be beneficial. The gym is very well equipped and well maintained. I used to only attend gym classes but after 6 months with Dat I’m now very confident doing my own free weights program.
