F45 Training

Fantastic experience: Went for my first class today and absolutely loved it! Super hard workout, perfect prep for HYROX Dasan and Alex are fab instructors, I told them my goals and they pushed me hard, a great environment can’t wait for the next one ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: We have been training at F45 bassendean while now. and we can't say enough good things about our experience, especially with our instructors, Dasen and Alex. There dedication to helping our achieve ( specially my husband) and our fitness goals sessions has been incredible. They both are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely care about their members progress. To there expert guidance and encouragement I have seen significant improvement about my husband . I really thank you to Dasen and Alex for that. Overall F45 provide high quilty equipment and I highly recommend F45 bassendean gym.

Fantastic experience: An amazing business with energetic owners who really push me to driver harder and get better results. f45 Bassendean offers so much more than your usual HIIT gym, they are friendly and kind and have the best facilities, including amazing shower facilities and saunas. Fantastic experience: Dasan, Alex & the team run an incredible operation here! Having attended a few gyms over the years, the F45 setup alongside the constant energy from the team makes early mornings and late afternoons that little bit more bearable. Great premises with all of the equipment kept sparkling clean and in order no matter how busy a day it has been.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending F45 Bassendean since its reopening in April, and I love it! The trainers are great—they really know how to push and motivate you. The studio is clean, and there's also an excellent kids' corner setup, which is a great bonus.

Fantastic experience: The team at F45 Bassendean are super welcoming and supportive. The trainers push you to be the best version of yourself. Extra bonus is the studio is always clean, including the bathrooms. They've recently added in a sauna and recovery room. Plus if you have tiny humans there is a kids corner available on-site. Highly recommend joining!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going since they reopened last April and I love every session. The whole team are so supportive and push you to achieve your goals without overstepping any boundaries. I love the community atmosphere, definitely a place to leave all your worries at the door and smash out a session (thats all prepared for you!) for 45 mins.

Fantastic experience: I did a trial session this morning at F45 bassendean, and really loved it. Dasan and Alex were amazing. I have dodgy knees and have previously done HIIT classes at an all female gym and was made to feel less than when asking for alternatives. Dasan and Alex were so supportive, constantly checking in with me, giving alternatives and checking my form. The environment was welcoming (I was very nervous) the gym clean and excellently presented. Looking forward to my next class once the doms subside that are yet to come, because they worked me so hard!!! 11/10 would recommend! Thanks guys!!

Fantastic experience: I would like to mention there is a new owner since March 2024 and the gym has great deals and I’m very impressed by the running of the gym always 2 trainers at each session you definitely get your moneys worth. Also very clean and has a great area for kids . Ann

Fantastic experience: Finding the time to keep fit is hard, but F45 here has made it so much easier and fulfilling. The team does everything they can to keep equipment clean during this period so I'm quite comfortable to continue going. Great team and excellent results. Would recommend!
