Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client of Physiotherapist Tom Burge now since June 2021, seeing him 2-3 times a week. I have very complex health and spinal issues and Tom has helped guide me through some very challenging times. He has a very caring nature only wanting the best outcome for his clients. Tom also possesses a great understanding of the importance of mindset in healing and is now the voice in my head (sorry mum you’re now second) He’s very receptive to feedback which is how he works out if we need to change anything in my program. His ability to think outside the box has been an invaluable attribute in guiding me through my ever changing health issues. I love coming to my physiotherapy sessions with Tom as they don’t just help my physical issues but also improve my mental health.

Fantastic experience: Steve recommendation aligned with my multiple abnormalities in my spine and reviewed my exercise physiologist regimes I was pleased with the outcomes and I feel more determined to achieve outdoor cycling in next 9 months Steve ordered my knee gaurd Dunploy brand and showed me how dead lift weight Recommended ideal weight 5 kg for bicep curls as 6 kg was quite difficult I am keen to strengthen my back muscles as I am free from pain in my knee I will be reviewed as requested by me

Negative experience: I went to synergy today to purchase an item which is only available in a couple of stores in Wagga. I put my item on the counter, only to be told that in order to make my purchase, the receptionist would need to 'create an account ' with my details. I asked why (I was just wanting to spend money at their business) and she said that's the only way she could do it. I said 'No thanks, I'm a gen x-er' and that I would make my purchase elsewhere. She then proceeded to give me the stink eye. She probably was having a bad day due to the ridiculous red tape she no doubt deals with working here. Seriously, why in society do we need to give our email address, phone number etc every time we leave the house? It was not the girls fault whom I dealt with, it's the process of the business, and as such, I'll keep going where I usually go. They just lost what would have been a repeat customer. **Edit after business response** I was not allowed to purchase my item without giving details, this was not a 'misunderstanding' and if there happened to be an an issue with the product, a receipt is legal and doesn't need a name should these matters arise.
