Negative experience: Planet fitness what a scam, rude inattentive staff, dirty facilities, broken equipment, and the continue to charge you for months even after you cancel, when discussed with management they say bad luck nothing they can do. Extremely disappointing avoid it at all costs so many other better gyms in Wagga, no need to go to a bargain basement gym that just ends up scamming you.

Negative experience: Went there once for a casual visit and a staff member immediately asked me to leave as I was wearing a T back singlet! For a gym that prides itself on being a judgement free zone what do you call that!!

Negative experience: No squat racks, or benches so unable to complete my program, realised immediately but Staff would not refund casual visit. Staff also advised that this decision was so ‘body builders don’t come and affect the vibe’

Negative experience: For a judgement-free zone, all they do is judge. Pretty hypocritical. And Pizza Monday and Bagel Tuesday? It’s like having AA meetings in a bar. Edit: I’m sorry it just doesn’t mix well, Planet Fitness!

Negative experience: Planet fitness is not for gym rats, it’s a cardio kids dojo. No dumbbells above 34KG, no overhead press allowed, no flat bench only smith machine, no deadlifting area. I won’t get started on their hypocritical “lunk alarm” shaming alarm. Overall, if you are into cardio than plant fitness is good. If you’re into body building, CrossFit or general weight lifting, go find an iron shack elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Great, helpful staff. Love the options to use the app to see how busy the gym is. I never have to wait for a machine.

Positive experience: Staff are nice and will always greet you and help you out if you need it. Hygiene of some people and "lunk alarm" are basically none existent even tho the signs. Don't get me wrong nothing major but at the time of me going I chose planet for the environment. Other than that the only issue I've had is money being taken out after cancelling 2 weeks prior

Fantastic experience: I suffer with chronic pain. I have only been to planet fitness twice (and that has been this week), so I'm no expert, but I have been using the black membership services which include the hydo chair, the massage chair and the pink light therapy. I did a little research first and had an idea of what I was looking for due to my pain levels. I feel like rusty bones have been oiled, crinks are being straightened and tension that was buried so deep within my muscles is coming to the surface. I'm not driving, so a friend takes me and they get to access most of the services as a free guest. Nowhere, is anything thing like this on offer. Staff assistance readily available. Clean and customer interaction friendly. Fully 100% recommend.

Negative experience: Interesting “rules”: firstly i come here often and i used to wear crocs quite frequently without a problem but one day i got told to take them off which is fine and not why i am writing this although the same day i got told i cannot workout with them on and i had to leave i spotted 3 other individuals wearing crocs which frustrated me but i didn't complain now i see someone working out without a shirt on which is a direct rule violation and no one had done anything about it my only question here is if me wearing crocs is unsafe someone working out shirtless is unsafe and damaging for my eyes have some respect and put clothes on

Negative experience: It’s 2022 and to cancel my membership I need to attend in person or send a letter? I am currently not able to walk, let alone drive to the post office to collect stamps to SEND a letter. No possible way to email a form? Very deceitful and gross way to continue to collect payments off those without capacity. Wouldn’t recommend this space, especially those that are not able bodied.

Positive experience: From the moment you walk in you a greeted with enthusiastic and happy staff, you always get a hello and always get a bye when leaving. All staff are friendly and up for a chat and a laugh and they are all willing to help and make you feel at ease. I used to look at people and think how could you enjoy going to work out, well at Planet Fitness it's easy. What ever their doing, their doing it right. Friendly, great value for money, motivating and very helpful The only negatives would be the same at all clubs in peak time it gets quite crowded but don't think I have had to wait too long for equipment, if at all. Secondly the crowd over here would may not be elites because the membership is bit cheaper.

Positive experience: Gym is good. Staff are helpful & friendly. Manager seemed to avoid me When i requested a refund. At the end it took too long to receive my refund after being double charged. But thanks to the floor staff they were helpful.

Negative experience: For a basic gym and a newbie entering fitness it's great .. Wide range of your usual equipment ..Plenty machines ..Especially Smith machines ..No squat racks or racks where you can do your Barbell Bench presses etc..Everything with a barbell has to be done on the Smith..Which the Smith limits your movement and just feels off..I would recommend Planet fitness gets a better set up and some squat racks Smith machines suck .

Fantastic experience: Never joined a gym before but this place has good atmosphere, tons of different machines to tone and strength build every part of your body. Extra perks like massage and tanning for black card members. And best of all the staff are super friendly and so very supportive of you and your fitness journey.
