Fantastic experience: Great F45 studio! Thoroughly enjoy all of the classes. The trainers are all very engaged, supportive and give modifications where required. It can look intimidating from the outside but once you start most people love it (I have several friends that have joined). The lovely community is a nice bonus.

Fantastic experience: CANT ASK FOR BETTER COACHES than Aaron and May! They are both so knowledgable, and are constantly checking your form, providing modifications as needed, and most importantly, are there to encourage you to keep going (and not in an intense way, but in a really relaxed supportive way!)! It honestly feels like a family gym - I have tried other F45s where you don't get this community feel, but the culture Aaron has built is truly special! give it a try - there's no lock in so no risk! :) looking forward to seeing you there :)

Negative experience: Financially unscrupulous. Disappointed. Not recommended. Lost money. I can't attend classes any more for family and timing reasons. Tried to transfer my prepaid 15 classes package to my friend. But it turned out that it is impossible for goes to another f45 and they all are independent. Tried to get a refund, but they said they won't do that. Before this I was subscribed to automatic payments without notifying me. While trying to cancel this subscription they recommended to buy the package described above. I tried not to loose money with them, but it is not so easy. I failed.

Negative experience: F45 India Franchise is a big Fraud. They collected the yearly subscription though the Franchise Owner knew that they are shutting it down. There is no update on the re-fund of money. They keep making false promises on the re-fund date and come with an excuse to push the refund date so easily. They have been very unethical, unprofessional and not worth the trust now! I will not recommend F45 to anyone. Its a shame for the international brand to handle the situation by leaving the Clients in the blind

Negative experience: F45 India is a big fraud conpany..which took all its customers money and when the studio shut down due to loss ..they could not refund their customers money ..

Fantastic experience: Awesome trainers and class was full on but was also scalable for people who were less fit. You come out of the class feeling sore our of breath but heavily pumped and happy at the same time!

Fantastic experience: F45 is GREAT - the 45 minutes goes before you know it and you push your limits without hating life! Luke, Will and the other trainers are great at encouraging you to do your best without being pushy and shouting like other trainers - it makes the whole experience much more enjoyable and SO ADDICTIVE.

Fantastic experience: I've always loved exercise and fitness but training at F45 has taken it to another level. Every class is different and is always challenging. The instructors, Luke and Will are great and always there correcting the exercise if you're doing it wrong or encouraging you to lift heavier or go faster. It's super fun and i've been lucky enough to make friends for life as a result of F45.
