With a state-of-the-art facility, the gym offers a comprehensive continuum of gymnastics and fitness programs designed to nurture talent, build confidence, and promote lifelong health from infancy through senior years.
For the youngest members of the community, Infinity Tots provides a nurturing environment where children aged 18 months to 5 years develop essential gross and fine motor skills through imaginative play. Options include structured parent-and-child sessions, sibling classes, and a specialized "Quiet Kinder" program designed for children with additional sensory needs, ensuring every child feels included and supported.
As children grow, Infinity Kids offers recreational gymnastics for ages 5 to 12, divided into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels. These classes focus on fun, skill progression, strength, and flexibility in a non-competitive, encouraging atmosphere. For those with a passion for movement, Infinity Extreme introduces specialized training in tumbling, trampoline, and GymFit, alongside dedicated sessions for teens and boys-only groups.
Athletes aiming for the podium will find a world-class pathway through Infinity Squad and Infinity Elite. Guided by experienced, accredited coaches, these high-performance programs cater to national and international competitive levels. Entry into the elite squads is by invitation or assessment, providing a structured route for talented gymnasts to reach their full potential within a supportive team environment.
Beyond gymnastics, Infinity Gym Sports & Health is committed to holistic well-being with its Health division. Adults and seniors can enjoy "GymFit" evening classes for core, cardio, and flexibility, or participate in the "Gentle Gym" program tailored for over-35s. These classes are adaptable to various fitness levels and health requirements, ensuring that everyone, regardless of age or ability, can stay active and strong.

Fantastic experience: Brilliantly run gymnastics centre. It has a family feel. The entire team are incredibly professional. All the students look so happy to be there. And they get results!
Fantastic experience: Infinity has a positive gymnastics culture with structured learning programs for all ages and abilities. Their new premises in North Rocks is a large and inspiring space which means classes do not feel chaotic or overcrowded. Highly recommended.
Negative experience: The organisation is a scam. Profit driven and un reliable. Received dept collection for classes not attended months after cancelling over phone and email. The building is difficult to access with minimal parking and smells of sweet as positioned next to gym.

Fantastic experience: Catherine and her team always go above and beyond. One of few places that provide elite performance coaching and facilities. We feel very lucky to have Infinity in our community. Afterschool programs are great for those who chose the recreational pathway. Squads are professional and structured with an elite performance perspective. Amazing for fitness and dying to try the adult classes for myself (if could find the time)! Fantastic experience: My two daughters joined the school holiday program during the term 2 holidays 2020. They had the best time and were made to feel welcome. The staff is lovely and knowledgeable. We will definately be back in future holidays
