Positive experience: A great gym just off the highway that offers plenty of equipment in all aspects of weight, cardio and functional training! Extremely friendly and helpful staff that enjoy a good chat and are also there to help when and if needed. Some great little extras for their clients, with free fruit, a confectionery machine and a fridge for you to place any personal items you want kept cold while you train!! Very well priced gym for the region. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Huge amount of equipment and massive amounts of space. Even during peak times, there’s so much equipment to use and you are not waiting. Great little community vibe!

Fantastic experience: A great gym! Visiting from out of town and stopped in to see about training for the week. The owner/manager was extremely friendly and quickly hooked me up with a pass for a suitable agreed upon value. The gym space is large with a good amount of room around each piece of equipment. The gym host's a wide variety of both machine and free weights to choose from. The week that I trained was also peak mid-summer and the air conditioning was a welcomed site beating the Aussie heat. Will be back.

Fantastic experience: Its not often that I feel motivated to change an online review, but in this case I felt so strongly about doing so, I couldn't resist. Changes have been made at the gym to address many of my original concerns, a brand new booking app, hiring of more fitness instructors and much better communication. Ash, the owner has invested in new equipment and the refurbishment of most of the gym including the group fitness area. Ash even took the time to reach out and address my original concerns, for which I am really grateful. I wish more local business owners would be so committed to customer satisfaction. In my view the best part about this gym is the friendly nature of its owner and staff as they truly make you feel comfortable each time you go for a workout.
