Negative experience: Why didn't you cancel my membership when I asked and keep charging me? Learn from me team, always go cash with small gyms, they are nice as pie when signing you up, when you try to leave, only issues. Had to go through my bank to stop them. I even dropped my FOB back to you. Wouldnt have been hard to do the right thing.

Negative experience: Despite Gyms being closed under government restrictions, for the weeks starting the 10th of August and the 17th, I was charged for the service that is not available to be used. I was also double charged on the 27th of July. I will not be returning. However, when contacted my issues were resolved quickly and professionally and I was refunded in full. I did enjoy using the facilities before this occurred. They are well looked after and of a high quality. I would recommend this place. Just wait till lockdowns are a thing of the past. I am very disappointed that I am having to update my review again. I initially rather upset gave a 1 star review. After being swiftly looked after I upgraded to a 3 star review. Since then I have been contacted by the owner and informed of their dislike in my review. I understand why they are upset. But this is a lack of professionalism and has confirmed my initial review.

Fantastic experience: This gym and its staff are the real deal, with a no nonsense approach to getting results and helping you achieve your health and body goals. The equipment is of top standard and the facilities are clean. I have been so impressed with the quality of the service from nutrition to training as well as bodybuilding competition prep. I look forward to every session with my trainer Maddy and couldn’t have achieved the results I got so far without her!

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym with great trainers that know what they are doing. If you want results and want to make your time in the gym effective then Iron Body is perfect. Glen Iris has a great fitout and top shelf equipment. If you want to train seriously and want serious results then I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Great trainers, great nutritionists, very happy with these guys. I will continue seeing them indefinitely. If you're not willing to put in the time, effort and money then it's not for you, but you won't get where you need to be if that is your attitude.

Fantastic experience: I started by meaning to only "try this place out for 3 months". A year on and I'm still with the Iron Body family and loving it. The knowledge and experience of the coaches is amazing. Everybody is so supportive and I feel like I can work out on a good or bad day with absolutely no judgment other than my own on myself. I enjoy walking in and being able to smile or say hi to everyone whether I know them or not because this place creates an environment that makes me confident enough to do that and others respond in return. Fantastic experience: First class gym. From the equipment to the coaches. This gym is like no other with the red carpet, drape curtains and squat racks to the Swarovski leg press machines it’s nothing but next level. The coaches are approachable and extremely knowledgeable with training nutrition. The ONLY place to get results!
