Fantastic experience: S1 Training is an amazing studio to work out at. The trainers are very professional and have assisted me in my shoulder rehabilitation post an injury. Would highly recommend to anyone, if you’re curious they offer a 5 day trial for $5

Fantastic experience: Great vibe, great workout does it get any better

Positive experience: Mediocre studio. They have a week worth of excersies that are repeated every week over and over with minor adjustments. Besides, when trying to cancel the 'flexible' membership they came up on the spot with the 30 day cancelation policy as no one mentioned it when I signed up. Also, they charged me extra for a few days after membership cancelation and refused to refund by ignoring my emails.

Fantastic experience: Nice encouraging , queuing and achieving! Working on my weakness , Pushing Past my Limits. Enjoying to have Ger and Mitch ‘s hell session . Highly recommend this pretty Gym .
