Fantastic experience: I've just completed a 10 class trial at this studio and I couldn't be more impressed! The staff are friendly, laid-back, and supportive. I've never really enjoyed fitness classes before trying F45. I highly recommend this environment to beginners or to those returning to fitness - there are always ways to alter the workouts to suit your abilities and the trainers give great advice. To all of the staff at F45 Wagga Wagga - thanks very much for your kindness and support these past two weeks!
