Club Lime Wagga Wagga

Positive experience: Great gym, they have an only woman floor at the top which is great and bottom floor is also great. The lady in the Creche is wonderful, and really interacts with the kids and makes them all feel welcome. Only thing I could recommend is scales. As if you want to compete or are in a bulking or dieting phase they’re really needed in the gym. But overall it’s great :)

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facilities, including an amazing crèche where children are properly cared for. All the staff have even great, service has been wonderful. I'm not sure why they have previously received bad reviews as mine had been wonderful! So glad I joined!!

Negative experience: Thought I’d check out a different gym while I was visiting Wagga for work. Asked if I could do a short term pass for a few days, was flat out told no and to read the terms and conditions online. A little bit of customer service can go a long way, won’t be coming back

Negative experience: my friend got fined 7k just because he put the music up to hit a pr. And they got the worst costumer service on earth

Fantastic experience: W gym never had a bad experience yet, best part is sauna and icebath there's no other gyms in wagga that have those to my knowledge

Negative experience: Always picking on the younger kids it’s embarrassing

Negative experience: Sauna always closed during operating hours without any notice beforehand. Fans not turned on. Lacking customer service but continue to increase cost for what? Any give and take….?

Negative experience: Tried to go back through fitness passport and they asked me to pay the activation fee again when I already own the fob and had paid this previously. Not other options were offered or a discounted fee since I already paid it before. Even though I liked the facilities it is not worth to pay twice for it. There are many other options through fitness passport that do not ask for activation fees.

Fantastic experience: Good gym, equipment is a bit worn down in places but that's the usual. Has everything you need and friendly staff. Not overly crowded except at the usual rush times.

Fantastic experience: Last week I tried a class but due to EIB Asthma, Exercise Induced Bronchoconstriction Asthma (which at the time I didn’t know what I had), I had to stop within the first few minutes with horrible pain in my lungs & go to the doctors. The next day I called up & had a lovely long talk with Michelle who was so very helpful with information & gave me the confidence to try another class. Today I tried CXWORX with T at 10am & I explained to her my situation and she was so lovely & helpful too & made me feel comfortable and took all the pressure off & even suggested other classes I may be able to take that aren’t so cardio intense. I just want to say a huge thank you to T & Michelle & all the staff at Club Lime for being so helpful & friendly :)

Fantastic experience: Since renovations & rebranding Club Lime is one of the most affordable & highly accessible gyms in wagga.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with great facilities such as the normal gym and cardio equipment, ice bath, sauna and showers. Customer service is a bit lacking, so just get yourself an access pass and you wont have to deal with it again :)
