Fantastic experience: Has everything you need from a gym, also the owner Phil, is friendly, knows everyone on a first name basis. Very large gym, broken up in different areas to exercise, never crowded. It is a great gym. Got two free one to one with personal trainer, which is worth having. Craig is great works hard, teaches you also about the nutritional side, very encouraging, no one is judgemental and membership isn't pushed on you. So in my opinion, a good gym to join.

Negative experience: Gym is out dated, no A/C or heating, the pictures supplied aren't even of the gym so dont go in expecting what is advertised. The bloke behind the desk didnt seem to have much of an idea also. Alot of room for improvement.

Negative experience: I've just cycled past your establishment with my baby on a buggy and my kelpie and encountered a vicious staffy or pitball enclosed in your jungle gym area. The bottom 9f the fence is flimsy and it looks like it had been digging. It wouldn't take much for it to dig out and can you imagine if you were responsible for the death of a 1year old child. Such negligence is disturbing

Fantastic experience: Went here for many years back in the day. The owners Des and Wayne are brilliant, plus it's quite big and open all night (fantastic for shift workers).
