I have NEVER liked working out, especially in a gym! I LOVE F45! All of the trainers I have worked out with are so encouraging and helpful. They have done a great job creating a community. I feel better than I have felt in years! I am 58 years old… if I can do it, so can you!!
I had to have time off recently due to a work injury. Since I have re-started back all the coaches have been encouraging and providing me exercise modifications. It is honestly such a great feeling because I can still work hard with the adjustments the coaches give me.
I’ve been a member for 5 years now and would never consider another gym! Staff are not only friendly and welcoming they are knowledgeable whether it be needing help with swapping out exercises due to injuries or nutritional advice! WOULD 100% Recommend coming into our studio and join the fun! ????????

Sessions have been just fantastic! A varied range of people in the classes from beginners to really advanced so I didn’t feel too out of my depth when joining. I can already see great results after 6 weeks – instructors are really helpful, friendly and super supportive to get technique right.

Fantastic experience: Used the new feature F45 passport and was able to join this beautiful family! So fun to join another gym and be able to keep up your routine whilst travelling for work or staying at your partners place. Can highly recommend this F45 franchise and they have pretty awesome Christmas decorations too!

Fantastic experience: F45 Tumbi is simply outstanding! The owners Sarah and Trev are incredibly caring, supportive, and motivating. From the moment I joined, I felt like part of a fitness family. The facilities are top-notch, and the positive energy is contagious. I've achieved my fitness goals and made lifelong friends here. The best gym you'll ever find! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: This place truly deserves five stars. I was convinced to give it a go on one of their bring a buddy weeks, and I’ve been well and truly hooked ever since. The trainers are fantastic and really make you feel welcome from the moment you step foot in the door. The vibe is awesome and they have created a great community of like minded people who all support each other. I’d highly recommend the Tumbi F45 to anyone.

Fantastic experience: New Owners/Trainers Sarah & Trevor have completed transformed - atmosphere is pumping & fun - it's impossible not to leave feeling accomplished & tired. Massive results in minimum time make it incredible value for money. Non intimidating with zero judgement, won't find better (or nicer) trainers elsewhere.
