Fantastic experience: Before joining Fitstop Redland Bay nine months ago, I had never set foot in a gym and had no idea where to start. Since then, the incredible team — Greg, Imogen, and Riley — have supported me every step of the way. They’ve helped me achieve goals I never thought possible and continue to guide me as I set new ones. The supportive and welcoming environment they’ve built encourages everyone to push themselves and cheer each other on. I can't speak highly enough of the team — keep up the great work! I highly recommend Fitstop Redland Bay to anyone looking to start or continue their fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: I joined FitStop Redland Bay December 2024 and couldn’t be happier with my decision. The workouts are both challenging and enjoyable, and the community vibe is incredibly welcoming. The trainers are motivating and knowledgeable, always pushing me to achieve my best. The equipment is top-notch, within a clean and well-organised space that makes every session a pleasure. I’ve already noticed significant improvements in my fitness levels. Fantastic experience: I joined fitstop 6 months ago to get active in the hope to tackle some head noise I had going on. Being in this inclusive environment where you’re supported by incredible staff and other members makes training enjoyable. Working together on goals and celebrating wins along the way. I feel fit, mentally well and look forward to the future. Fitstop Redland Bay changed my life for the better and I’m thankful for it.

The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I have to say Riley is my absolute favourite if I had to pick, but Greg and Imogen are great too! My mental and physical health have improved drastically since joining Fitstop. It’s my favourite part of the day!

Fantastic experience: Love this community! Such a fun, warm, inviting group of people to train with. The Fitstop method is my favourite with such good variety and continuity in training, so you can really see yourself getting stronger and fitter. Unfortunately I only got to spend a couple of weeks there whilst I was visiting, but I throughly enjoyed the sessions and everyone I got to meet!

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt the best gym I have ever been to. If you are looking for genuinely life changing results with great trainers and an even better community this is the place to go. Saturday sessions are free so there is no reason not to give it a go! There is so much to love about the fitstop community, you will make friendships that last a lifetime while challenging yourself in the best way. The training style caters for people wanting to get stronger, improve endurance or cardio fitness (or all of the above). All workouts can be made easier or harder depending on your needs and the trainers will absolutely help you to be the best you can be. I have been a member for close to a year and have genuinely enjoyed each and every day at fitstop, it’s not a chore to go here. I haven’t met a single person with bad gym energy and there are people from all walks of life here. I cannot speak highly enough of the reddy bay community as they have genuinely changed my life for the better.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Fitstop for 4 years and I was so excited to see one open in Redland Bay. The gym is amazing and the classes are so good!! Over the 4 years I have been going to Fitstop I have lost over 10kg, kept it off and continued to work on my fitness and strength!!!
