Fantastic experience: Haven't had the chance to get over to Cross Fit 4165 yet. Heart failure and crossfit don't ,ix real well... if they did I'd be in there in a jiffy! However, everyone in the Redlands knows this great gym. We see their stickers and logo everywhere. People speak very highlly of these guys, they've built a real sense of community and it's great to see they train young people in the iron too. Go check them out...

Fantastic experience: Amazing training experience with fantastic trainers. Coach and atmosphere are unparalleled. For all fitness levels, it's a family friendly environment for those who are looking to get a little fitter and also for those hardcore addicts who want to punish themselves.
