About 8 months of Crossfit now and I am at my fittest and strongest thanks to the wonderful and passionate coaches that run this place! Fantastic experience: Went to my first class 7 months ago, immediately signed up.. by far one of the best decisions I've ever made. This is the fittest and strongest I've ever been in my life. The coaches are knowledgable, friendly and super supportive. I love the environment and look forward to training every night as it is my favourite part of the day. Fantastic experience: Best thing I could have ever done for myself is to join the CrossFit community 8 weeks, sad I didn’t joined earlier, but it’s never too later to start a healthy & strong journey. Friendly, knowledgeable coaches who take the time out to help others constantly and awesome new and old people/faces to share class with! High energy classes filled with something new everyday, working on loads of different skills and olympic lifts! Highly recommend this large, spacious, fully-equipped crossfit box for locals and international people!

You will learn something new every day / every week. Equipped with everything you need and more . Classes are fun and exciting , catering to those from beginner to intermediate !
