Fantastic experience: Really good setup they have here with a good array of machines, free weights and cardio . This is my go to gym when I’m working out north. Real old school 80s/90s vibes here too which is awesome.

Negative experience: owner creepily watches you on cameras and will send employee over to just tell you your doing an exercise wrong and when asked how to do something correct will threaten to kick u out wouldn't recommend if you don't like being watched cool logo tho props to the designer

Fantastic experience: Great local gym. Decent prices. I've only been coming for a short time. Love the lil play pen which comes in handy. I bring my 3 year old and one of my older children to play in the play pen while I work out.

Fantastic experience: Seriously only intended on training at this gym for 3 months max while I am living in Para Hills and my house is being built but the place is so good I might keep the membership! This gym is so unique with it's wide range of different machines. Has everything you need and isn't overrun by people more focussed on Instagram likes than training. Never gets too busy and has a separate area for ladies if they want to use it. Absolutely awesome place to train and couldn't recommend it enough.
