Negative experience: Trained at this gym for nearly 3 years, Was a really good gym an environment Until the new owner took over and ruined it Machines always under maintenance, promises everyone the world and gives nothing, got rid of the staff that ran the gym really well and made everyone feel good, now the new staff just sit on the phone and let kids run around the equipment, toilets are always broken!! Worst gym in Adelaide PERIOD

Negative experience: tried this gym once only staff member i could find was on her phone, there was a parent allowing her child to run around the equipment both unsafe and unprofessional, facebook page says full equipped but fails to mention most the equipment under maintenance. found a much better gym around the corner and cheaper

Fantastic experience: Great gym friendly staff and great equipment plenty of room to move around in and dont have to wait for equipment would recommend to join and great value for price.

Negative experience: Used to be a good gym, new owner is tanking the place. machines constantly "under maintenance", toilets and bathroom disgusting, treats his staff about as well as he treats the actual members if you read the other reviews they're about how great the employees are yea well new owner got rid of all of them so disregard all of those.

Positive experience: Priced accordingly with multiple rooms of Panatta equipment accessible 24/7. Maintenance of this equipment could be better. However, this is not like the 'Anytime' group of gyms full of time wasters. This is a gym with people that train for a purpose. The general demeanour of most gym goers is courteous ragardless of their personal build. I would recommend this gym to others as I do now.
