Fantastic experience: I find I rarely leave the training session without having had a ‘laugh’. The whole culture of the club is caring and an encouraging environment where all exercises can be modified by need and ability. We are ‘all ages and stages’ along our fitness journey and training ‘is shared not compared’ … special thanks to our coach Kerrie who challenges us to become fit and healthy.

Fantastic experience: Amazing outdoor training!! If you want to join an inclusive, fun group of all fitness levels, this is for you. Personalised training by a very experienced trainer who supports you to reach your individual goals. The group members encourage and support each other. Not only do you gain fitness, you gain friends and a community. Kerrie is fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Spark a Revolution Fitness trainer Kerrie makes these workouts fun and interesting, with a range of activities for all fitness levels. When training with Kerrie, I always feel like she takes a personal interest in each participant, she LOVES seeing us succeed in our wellbeing and fitness goals. The bunch of people who attend Spark a Revolution Fitness come from all walks of life, but all are wonderfully welcoming. Kerrie is a very experienced trainer who is professional and knows exactly how to support and motivate her training crew. Best fitness decision I ever made to join Spark a Revolution Fitness!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Kerrie for group and individual training for about 5 years. I am thinner, lighter, stronger, faster, more flexible and happier thanks to her. She has the boundless positivity and enthusiasm of a female Steve Irwin. The groups sessions seamlessly accommodate all ages and fitness levels, and are more fun than you would think possible. I always feel better after a class than I did before. Get involved - you will not regret it!

Fantastic experience: Great trainer, great location and a wonderful range of classes to choose from. Never a dull moment, and you are encouraged to do your best at all times. Kerrie gets great joy out of seeing the improvement in her team, and the camaraderie that she builds is wonderful. I even hate side plank less now, which is saying something! Highly recommended for anyone wanting to increase fitness, health or just to get moving.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy going to the “Spark a Revolution” fitness sessions due to the variety of different classes they offer, the community spirit I feel whilst training with this group and Kerrie, the trainer, is able to provide the right amount of challenge to meet my appetite for exercise!

Fantastic experience: I joined Step into Life Mitchell Park 2 months ago when I received an Open Week flyer in my letterbox. I always wanted to do outdoor trainings and this is the best decision I've made. The personal trainer is very friendly and even gives me dietary advices. 5 sessions of training per week makes me feel energized and refreshed.

Fantastic experience: I joined Step Into Life Mitchell Park about 15 months ago because my wife had joined and she was really enjoying the group outdoor fitness style of exercising. The Personal Trainer is really motivated and helps everyone to achieve their personal goals including fitness, weight loss, tone up or just getting outdoors and exercising and having a laugh with a great bunch of like minded people of all ages. There are plenty of sessions to chose from every week including cardio, tone up, boxing, core ball, weights and bands. All we have to do is turn up to any session and the Personal Trainer takes care of motivating us to do our best. I highly recommend Step into Life Mitchell Park.

Fantastic experience: What can you say about the Step into life Mitchell Park crew, firstly it will be the best decision you ever make to join this amazing group. The personal trainer is brilliant, supportive, encouraging & pushes you to the best you can be!! You start off thinking you are not going to be able to do a lot and you soon realise that you can do so much and not only are you losing weight and improving your fitness, health & wellbeing you are actually having a great time doing it (hey who thought exercising could be fun). Rain, hail or sunshine you will be outdoors participating in a range of different classes (running, boxing, weights to name a few) no class is the same as the next (variety is the spice of life they say) and laughing the whole way through!!! What more can you ask for than a knowledgable awesome trainer, being part of an amazing fitfam who will support you to reach your goals!!!!! No more thinking about it JOIN you won't regret it!!!

Fantastic experience: Step into Life at Mitchell Park is a great outdoor fitness option. The group personal training is a fun way to improve your fitness with a fun and supportive group of people. With a variety of class options there is something for everyone. I have achieved a lot of personal fitness goals since joining and would recommend everyone give it a try!
Fantastic experience: **Highly recommended.** I'm enjoying every second of it. It is a great chance to lose weight, gets fit and healthy, and have fun at the same time. Therefore, no matter how your fitness level is, step into your life with an excellent supportive personal trainer and lovely people to exercise and gain results with them. Sadly, this is my last month training with Step into Life Mitchell Park because I'm finishing my study and leaving Australia :(.
Fantastic experience: I don't usually leave reviews (because I'm lazy) but have been with this great bunch of people at Step Into Life Mitchell Park for a few months now and couldn't be happier. I joined with a mate from a previous fitness training group that I had been with for over 4 years before the group ended, so was a bit worried at first when signing up for something new. I didn't want a 'commando' barking orders at me, and have done the whole gym thing before which just ended up with money evaporating as I sat on the couch and watched Game of Thrones, so was pleasantly surprised at how encouraging and very motivating this group was when I signed up. There is a huge amount of variety in the training sessions such as outdoor boxing, weights, running/cardio, and several session times during the week so if you can't make it to one there's always a catch up session later in the week. Top bunch of people, flexible fitness training sessions, plenty of laughs, and have already seen improvements in my recovery times and strength. There are also monthly challenges and prizes to keep you motivated. Plus because of the number of session times, I can now work my training sessions around Game of Thrones, so it really is a win-win. Highly recommended. The trainer is also very laid back and a very positive motivator.
Your achievements have been remarkable Josh. I'm so proud to have been able to support you through many half marathons and a magnificent Marathon effort. You are such a great team member and supporter for all our crew. We are blessed to have you.
Fantastic experience: Great Personal Training. I have lost weight, toned up and increased my fitness since starting here. Very supportive and encouraging with dietary requirements.
Fantastic experience: Awesome trainer and awesome people to train with. My old trainer moved interstate, so I was looking for a new group to join, so thought that I would give Step Into Life at Mitchell Park a go. 4 months in, and am loving it. Lots of good variety in the sessions to choose from; boxing and cardio are my favourite; and the fact that it is outdoors makes it even better.
